Perhaps someone will reveal the finer details of the incident but regardless, he seemed to down tools and showed a lack of professionalism to his team mates and the fans. (Noticed that he never even acknowledged the 40 fans who made it to Montrose a couple of weeks ago) Not disappointed to seem him go from a football point of view, decent enough defending one to one but poor positional sense and offered zero going forward.

Celtic not being too fussed is what concerns me as he could easily play at a higher level. Yes hopefully the game is on and we can get some points on the board. I'm not saying we have a run of easy games but if we don't pick up a large haul of points in our next 5 matches we will have a big problem.

Interesting time coming up with the club expecting clarity on Kerr & Sal's injuries in the next few days which could play a part on the upcoming transfer window activity where we must strengthen. Defence: Thought Luke Lyons looked pretty decent last night but unfortunately collided with the post and never recovered but hopefully just an impact injury. Rico I've never fancied from day one and is simply not good enough, was at fault in the first phase of play leading to Montrose's opening goal and was uncertain all night. Offers zero going forward therefore LB required in transfer window. Scott Walker replaced Lyon last night and showed exactly why he is no where near starting and gave away a poor free kick which led to the 2nd goal. Again not good enough. Midfield: Desperately need to extend McInroy's loan period past xmas as he's currently our best player and was outstanding last night but fearful he may be attracting attention elsewhere. Scott McGill on the other hand has become disappointing and I would end his loan for a replacement for Rico. Forward: Gabby & Smith looked a decent a pairing in the 2nd half last night and will cause a lot of sides problems with their pace. Obviously Sal's injury is a concern with Gal only a "handy sub" to me. We'll see.

Yeh he saved some shots but needs to learn to push them away from goal. Falkirk trying to play out of the six yard box at this level can only end in disaster, there manager is a joke!

Pretty much spot on although a tad unfair to single out Stuart Millar given that the 10 or so seasons prior to that weren't exactly great either and we did have our highest finish for years last season. In fairness budget's dictate the standard of player at League 1 level although there are some occasional exceptions.

East Fife v Airdrieonians

I've had a thing about "lefties" all my days, most of them are extremely one footed. For instance i couldn't imagine Rico playing right back. Agree about Frizzell though, excellent footballer. -

My thoughts too as well as Josh Kerr still absent. We would be so much stronger with Kerr at the back and McCabe in place of Agnew in midfield. -

Quite honestly Millar and Watt would be nowhere near getting in our midfield ahead of Easton, Frizzell, McGill, McInroy or McCabe but of course this is Scottish League 1 where nothing is guaranteed.
