  1. Thomson is probably the quickest player we have and looked a real find in the league cup last season. As mentioned, badly hit with injury last year so hopefully a good pre season and he shines this year.
  2. Think you can scrub the go fund option from the trust as the club has made it very clear they don't want nothing from this avenue. Sad really.
  3. The pen given was one of them clumsy incidents and without a slo mo you couldn't be certain. The earlier one on Calum Smith was an absolute stonewaller.
  4. Stranraer manager would be correct, never a pen and the ref should pursue another career path in my view.
  5. On review, i think his bellend is in the box, so penalty in my book!
  6. Looking at the highlights the contact was minimal but Dillon's headed back pass was way short. If deemed a pen then Dillon had to go.
  7. That's what disappointing, we ae far too small to be alienating any section of the support and especially a part that has been a major sponsor (if not the biggest) over the last 10 years. Pity a compromise couldn't be reached.
  8. I actually agree it was a misjudgement to go through the papers but i don't recall anything manipulative or any untruths.
  9. There is some pish being spouted on here with agendas. There might be differing opinions about the running of the club but i'm struggling to comprehend that anyone wants the club to fail!
  10. A first time anonymous poster (but probably just changed his handle) having a rant with absolutely no factual information. Let's hear some facts and we can take you seriously.
  11. Struggling to comprehend people slating Josh Edwards, a guy who's just turned 19 with 30 odd professional games under his belt. Any guy who can get in a first team at 17 must have something. (Post to be revisited in 2 years time)
  12. Josh is correct on official site that he now needs to be playing games. Loads of young players like him who sign with big clubs then disappear into oblivion lets hope he can kick on but he has it all to prove, even at our level.
  13. Get used to the selective viewpoints. That's going to happen until the Club give their version of events.
  14. Let's hope the "football" side of things starts well next season! My own opinion is that the club need to be bigger than personal feuds as fans are their customers. (Yes, i'm well aware that not all fans are supporters of the trust but we need everyone together)
  15. I keep seeing reference made to legal actions although no idea what they are? (Sacking of Commercial Manager, trust/club contracts)
  16. From the little I know, it seems that the club felt that the supporters trust was doing too much community work and not enough directly for the club (therefore somewhat ironic they formed the Community Trust). I believe the Mongolian trip and associated fundraising is particularly frowned upon. Regardless of this, both sides need to come together as we are far too small a club to be split. I have no axe to grind with Paul H but there are some fantastic people on the supporters trust with nothing but the club at heart. Can't be bothered too look for it to post but Tranmere chairman Mark Palios did a great interview after their play off win highlighting the importance of the fans
