Cant agree there , he's lasted the full 90 mins most games he's played and buzzes about in front of the back four the whole time. Doent need to go on mazey runs just tidy up and be smart with the ball.

I wouldn't have said "buzzes" is the correct adjective but hey ho we're all entitled to our opinion. However I really doubt he'll start many more games this season unless injuries or suspensions kick in.

Shouldn't have messed with the mccabe/Fordyce partnership at the back. Although it was good to see kerr back , agnew has been great for us lately, allowing frizz and Easten to run riot.

Biggest disappointment was currie watching an obvious cross coming in for thier first goal and not coming for it.

I get your point a bit about McCabe/Fordyce but surely a fit Josh Kerr has to start?

Agnew has filled in ok recently and his football brain gets him through but legs have virtually gone.

This. Felt Gallagher offered us nothing tonight other than a neat hold up and pass off. He had a few sclaffs as well, I'm sure.

Yip, the priority signing we now need to make is a striker as we can't win the league with Allan and Gallagher as our first choice strikers and the unknown situations with Gabby and Sal. McInroy was superb for us but a deal for him looks dead therefore the remaining budget (if there is) needs to go on a proven goal scorer.

Easier said than done at our level of course.

Noticed this too... also noticed that he referenced that he was made to feel that "his skin didn't fit" and mentioned that he couldn't fail to take notice of what was said on social media. Yet again the minority are being made to represent the views of the general support, and I certainly don't like it.

That skin comment is ill advised and I would consider it racist.

Remember if reports are true, 1 fan allegedly uttered a racist comment which no one could corroborate and now he is suggesting that the club is racist.

Quitongo is the one misrepresenting the "views of the general support" and he is either thick or knows it.

  5. We played decent football yesterday but a lack of physicality and power was evident. Unfortunately our big physical players, Kerr, Aissa & Gabby are injured (Kerr hopefully now recovered) which is a pity as I'm sure we would have won if they were all available.

I like Scott McGill and he will have a big future but he's giving cheap ball away far too often which makes McInroy's departure all the more damaging.

Anyway, onto a far more important game on Tuesday as it would be great to close the gap on Cove before we meet in the next few weeks.

Just watching the full highlights I notice it's Gabby McGill doing the co-commentary. For anyone watching the full game, did he give an update on his injury?

Has he played for you yet? I honestly haven't seen anyone so out of their depth at Championship level before.

Done ok but had a couple of injuries therefore not really had a decent run of games. Certainly physically big strong and quick enough to make an impact at league 1 level but how further remains unknown.

Just turned 21 so now getting to the make or break stage.

Wasn't even 19 when he made his debut for Dunfermline so maybe a bit previous to right him off just yet.

Probably deserved something today but you can’t miss three sitters, all at important times, then defend like we did and expect to get results.

Club need to get players in as soon as possible.

What today did show was that with the 3/4 players to come in we will be more than a match for teams in this league.

Not sure why Easton is playing at this level. Way too good.

Dylan Easton's talent is ridiculous although he has admitted that his application hasn't previously been the best.

    Absolute joy to watch.

Agree that McCann was absolutely dreadful, his worst game in a Falkirk shirt but he hasn't ever really been good enough since he's come to the club in all honesty

You simply can't pass up that many chances and defend like we did today and expect to win a game. The 1st and 3rd in particular were an absolute comedy of errors and typical of the goals we've been conceding all season. Saying that, Airdrie still had to be clinical and I don't recall them having many (if any) real opportunities outside of their goals?

I'm still optimistic that a couple of new players in key positions will make a huge difference to this team

ps @Rugby Is Terrible, have I done something to upset you? Red dotting weirdo

I was one of the few Airdrie fans who wasn't bothered about him leaving. He clearly has limitations, average Scottish league 1 player who probably couldn't believe his luck when offered that falkirk contract.

I’d expect something like this today considering injuries and departures. That only leaves us Cantley, Walker, McDonald, Ritchie, and a still recovering Gallagher on the bench (and maybe Pyott too but not entirely sure of his situation). Ideally with departures and injuries considered we should be trying to bring in a centre back, left back, centre mid, and a striker. Although if we get the rest in we don’t necessarily need another centre mid as that would allow McGill to move back in there.

Yes, down to the bare bones which is very disappointing given that we were well aware of the McInroy and Quitongo situations. I'm sure the club have been trying but nonetheless we've been caught with our pants down which could prove costly. Lets hope our big players can produce a big performance as a win today would be our best result this season.

On the face of it he seems to have wanted more done about the racism allegations. The behaviour of his agent and brother etc on social media was absolute cringe, as was the awful statement released by the club.  Your probably going to want away after all and that was the best option for us as a club also. So why would you want to vilify him ?

But if he plays against us , I'm not going to be giving him grief for leaving. Just hope if he does play against us no one chucks racial abuse , but wouldn't bet on it.

My respect for him went a few weeks ago at gale force Montrose when he couldn't even look at the fans when taking the field (like every other player). He shouldn't be tarring all fans with the same brush!
