  1. They can have access. If they want they can leave FIFA and play in an association which allows it. They signed up to the rules the same as everyone else.
  2. Its not so much that you can't, just that you can't if you want to play in FIFA/UEFA competitions. Rangers are free to join another non FIFA association and play under their rules if they don't like it.
  3. Will it be a secret? If so then I'd guess Rangers are almost guaranteed to get back in.
  4. Why do people even give Traynor the time of day? He's a dinosaur who is petrified that his easy ride is coming to an end. Without the teet of the OF to suckle from he is going to have to do some real journalism, instead of being the scribe he currently is. I'm pretty sure we all know he's not capable of doing a actual journalists job.
  5. I'm not abdicating responsibility. I genuinely believed the chairmen didn't have a say. If it gets to a point where Newco are applying for SFL membership I will certainly be letting my feelings known to my club. Unfortunately I don't think it will come to that... I have a horrible feeling that they will get straight into the SPL.
  6. Don't teams need 3 years worth of accounts before applying for SFL membership? A Newco wouldn't have that.
  7. My understanding is that the SFL chairmen don't have a say in who gets voted into the SFL. I could be wrong though.
  8. The SPL chairmen can only vote on allowing a Newco back into the SPL or not. They have no say what happens to them if they're not allowed back into the SPL. My understanding is that they would have to reapply to the SFL with any other teams interested on joining. Assuming they don't buy out another team anyway.
  9. I saw the various tweets about it. Horrible news I genuinely feel for Dean and his family.
  10. I could have photoshopped them out but I prefer my pictures to be raw and not touched up. I noticed that myself.
  11. A pic of the Main Stand that I took a few weeks ago when getting my season ticket
  12. I honestly don't have a clue. Some of the Rangers fans I know have been absolutely lucid with regards to the amount of issues Rangers have. They are genuinely worried and admit they are at fault and should be punished. Others just seem to kick about with their fingers in their ears making loud 'laa laa laa, I dont want know, laa laa laa' noises and want their club to buy their way out of it. Its absolutely bonkers. They actually believe that their club is being hard done to. Its beyond baffling.
  13. In his defence though kids don't understand all the 'politics' of certain football teams when they begin watching football. Its just sad that these 'politics' dictate their beliefs in later life, rather than them forming their own opinion (not aimed at you No8)
  14. Its also far too little, far too late. If you get rid of these players they cant seriously be looking at bringing in someone else on 12lk per week (regardless of how much is being saved losing current players) You own dozens (if not hundreds) of companies/parties a HELL of a lot of money. Bringing in any player and paying them 12k per week is an absolutely outrageous suggestion.
  15. Possibly true although my post wasn't entirely to do with bigotry. There is no doubt that the OF have fuelled the flames of bigotry over the years for their own benefit. I also agree that its probably the main reason for the continued Neanderthal attitude of each side of the pointless argument. I want to see religion removed from schools (outwith the classroom) for more than just the bigotry reasons and was only trying to highlight that until the 'non-denominational' schools get their own house in order, they have no right to try and take the moral high ground. Hopefully the death of Rangers will facilitate a change in attitude in the country , although I suspect it wont change enough even if they do die.
  16. Non-denominational schools are pretty much anything but. Religion should be removed from schools completely if its out with the classroom. I have no issue with it being taught as a subject (covering all the various superstitions and treated on a par with Greek mythology) but to have assemblies consisting of any religious tones is totally unacceptable in my view. Until 'non-denominational schools' remove the religious element, there is less of an argument for removing Catholic schools.
