SPL fans need to email/contact their clubs to let them know that they find the 'blackmailing' of SFL clubs with the 'SPL2' proposal simply unacceptable. If true it has completely over-ridden the seemingly great work of voting against Sevco getting SPL status. If anything its worse. 'We dont want to do it, but we'll blackmail the other clubs into doing it.' Disgusting. Get emailing your clubs folks.

I bought mine a month or so ago before there was even a mention of Newco being allowed access to SFL1. I genuinely didnt think it was going to affect my club. I now wish I had waited.

Airdrie were refused entry to SFL3 in 2002 from what I remember. It was to show that the SFL didn't accept teams being liquidated, forming a new company and then rejoining the league. If you want consistency then this should also happen to Newco Rangers.

Always liked Boaby as a keeper for us and wanted to keep him. I do think we have a better keeper now but I was sorry to see him go.

If rules were to be applied equally they wouldnt be voted into Div 3 either. Airdrie were knocked back after they went out of business and reapplied in 2002. Same should happen with Newco Rangers IMO (although I pretty much know it wont)

Its not even kicking them out though. Its more not letting them in. They are a new club with no licence, never mind league placing. If they were allowed into Div 3 it would be a MAJOR step up for them.

No one can stop them playing. However they have no automatic right to play in neither the SPL nor the SFL. None whatsoever.
