    Everything's better in hindsight. Lachlan' trait of showing too much loyalty to managers has led to us watching some utter dross over the years, this time we're getting to watch a fantastic side due to that loyalty. If we had scored that 3rd goal against Stirling Albion in 87 and averted the misery of that day, we wouldn't be remembering the 88 team with such fondness.

    Don't know how many were there but I do remember some of our fans getting lifted because we took the lead, a guy Hutchy next to me was lifted for nowt straight after we scored. I plunked the school and remember my dad showing off his boxing skills when I waltzed home in the middle of the night.

    Is it a poor league because we're top? We haven't turned up for weeks and we're 5 clear, we're maybe a lot better than most people care to believe.

    I'm a big Fury fan, I've no idea how this fight will go as I've not got a clue what shape Tyson is in. Wilder dismantling Fury would probably be the best outcome for the heavyweight division, if Fury could KO Wilder or produce an near shutout on points then that would shake up the division a bit as well.

    No, the easier it is to say "it's going to be worse after independence", too easy for the unionists to convince the thick and cowardly among us, and we do have more than our share of both.

    I think Robbie' biggest problem is his need to touch the ball ten times over a 5 yard distance, he should let the ball do the work when there's space in front of him.

    Lochee-peak romance, I can't remember being so relieved at a final whistle in a long while, I enjoyed my day out at Lochee, maybe Rangers and Celtic fans will moan about having to play cannon fodder like ourselves at our own less than salubrious ground in the future.

    Sadly, there are far more people in the UK than folk wish to believe that would laugh along if they were in attendance. We probably all know some that would happily be joining in.

    I can't even remember and I don't think I put my thoughts on here, I also think he could be a genuine superstar not just a 2nd or 3rd rate world champion, I might just have been watching that fight looking for a full fight of elite boxing when he is in fact still learning his trade. I'll probably need to go back and watch it again.

    Your numbers take no account of revenue lost due to lower crowd numbers this season and into the future.

    All that fails to realise the negative effects on our fanbase if we'd punted him in the summer. Getting him to re-sign and then knocking back offers later on in the summer are probably 2 of the best decisions made during Lachlan' stewardship.

    Never watched the fight, glad to hear he fought well, having watched him against Postol a wee bit of me saw things that had me questioning my earlier assertion of him reaching elite level.
