The league table means nothing if you're 2nd, 3rd or 4th. I certainly don't fancy seeing Ayr in the playoffs and we've a great record when in this division.

I'm not saying it now, I said it at the 1st Somerset game and I also said that IF we all had everyone available we'd win the league comfortably or something similar, as far as I can recall that's the only 2 times I've compared Ayr and Raith. As for Arbroath, I'd be worried in the playoffs if that's where you end up, that'll be the games against them that count.

I've not rated Raith all season, any concerns I've had were centred around our generosity at the back. Go back to the 1st game against you at Somerset and read what I said pre match, something along the lines of "if we turn up we'll hammer them", we turned up for the 1st half an hour then happily took the easy win. Every time I've mentioned to a non Ayr fan that Arbroath are a better side than Raith, the response has always been the same, "someone else has said that as well".

Excited, our defence has been woeful for large chunks of the season, I have never watched an Ayr side that gifted the opposition so many goals in all my years watching them, I'm not gloating but you and some others certainly can't moan as you have been in Ayr threads gloating at every opportunity throughout the season.

That was the way I saw the fight, Parker was actually only 2 or 3 end of round Eubanks snr spurts from winning the fight IMO, obviously he would have needed a spurt in every round to have any chance with the judges, the judging in boxing hasn't improved one bit in the 45/50 years I've watched it.

Why would I be bitter? I'm only giving my opinion on AJ's boxing, I don't dislike him or anything like that, like all the other boxers out there, I hope he gets out with loads of cash and no long term damage to his brain.

You'll just have to accept that even if AJ held 50 belts, he ain't all that and never will be. I've been that impressed with his boxing skills that I've picked a guy to wipe the floor with him after he had 2 fights against bad pub bouncers, Dubois had more skill then than AJ has now even with all his shiny belts.

No, we're talking about heavyweight boxing, if he was the same size AJ would be sitting at home wondering how he could get his belts back, the ref didn't help either, AJ is the cash cow in heavyweight boxing, as such someone is going to have to beat him well to get the decision.
