Is there any serious history on Miller? What has he done in business up till now?

Im very curious as to why its now an unconditional bid, obviously the 7 days is nicely timed so that the meeting on Monday will allow newco in relatively unscathed.

I thought recently it was looking like they would hit with some decent punishment but over the last week im all the more convinced we are all going to be truly shafted.

You know as well I do that it will all more than likely get dodged quite easily.

Actually the only thing to stop Rangers coming out relatively unscathed is the stubbornness of their fans by refusing a newco and backing Millers bid.

I cant really think of any Saints fans who shame the club these days, we have some pretty feral looking fans that wouldnt look out of place on a travelling circus and a hardy bunch who are lunatics and see everything through black and white tinted specs, but they all in no way shame the club.

These are the guys you mix with when you goto Rangers matches, personally if I was you Id be thinking although you love your club, why be associated with scumbags like this when you have a perfectly decent local team you could and support instead. Switch to Bud-ism, its the only sane choice.

I wont buy a season ticket if this is pushed through, I cant say yet I wont go to any games, but I most certainly wont ever be going to a match involving Rangers. We should be on B&W army with a list of supporters who will not buy season tickets this year (but currently do) and get it forwarded to Gilmour before the meeting.

Whats the ramifications if liquidation happens before the end of the season though? Surely it would be too much to hope for that, there would be no doubting instant relegation would happen to a newco if the oldco cant fulfil fixtures.

I think you will find most people just want to see them fairly and adequately punished, if that results in them going to the wall, so be it. If you are an Elgin fan that I cant imagine you have crossed swords with these clowns too many times, I suspect if you had (on the assumption you actually are an Elgin fan) your opinion of them might be swayed somewhat.
