I dont really think many people have problem with Rangers being saved under a CVA (or saved at all), only that the are punished for the rules that have been broken, thats what sticks in peoples brackets, the thought that they will be allowed to get off scot free (or pretty lightly). I dont really want to see either of the old firm gone in reality, Id have nothing to moan about if they did go.

I dont know if the court case has been heard yet as to whether ticketus are a normal creditor or whether their deal would stand if they continue to trade, if i was ticketus Id say we have a deal (just like shirt sales and other merchandising things) and id be looking for the full amount.

If a CVA is agreed then ticketus will go for the deal that stands and try to get their 27m back

Todays biggest hilarity is surely not that they will get liquidated, not that they will be demoted - its that if they goto Division 3, its purely because they choose two as a big f**k you to the SPL. I cant really get my head around how thick they are, I feel a bit sorry for the likes of no.8 but after a recent trip into follow follow evaporated any feelings of sympathy in place of utter contempt for just how bigoted and thick most of these guys who frequent these kind of forums are. It wont be long before the chance to be in division 3 is washed up and they face the prospect of having no where to play, not England, not division three and not the SPL, a wee diddy amateur club with no ground will be the net result of this.

Interesting, its what I was saying earlier, I just cant see any way at the moment that Whyte who is being crucified by Rangers fans will just hand over his shares for nothing and it could take some time for the distribution of assets to fund pay off the creditors, these things dont happen overnight.

I dont know why i go on Rangers Media, I go on to laugh and point but find myself wanting to reply to how stupid they are and then end up frustrated that I cant. The thread on taking over Cowdenbeath - not one mention of Cowdenbeath's fans or how they might feel about dying to let Rangers live was a real annoyance in particular. I dont know about anyone else but Id hate to see any club die at my clubs expense when we have created the problem.

Technically, any assets should be sold off to pay the creditors when liquidated. Everything, the trophies, the stadium, anything not nailed down should be sold, it should be up to the auctioneers who handle the sale to get the best price, whether its together or separate. I still think theres every chance a newco would have to groundshare with Partick or Queens Park (or Celtic, lol!) if Whyte doesnt play ball. If theres no CVA then anyone could bid for Ibrox and do what they want with it.

I sympathised with Partick and Morton when they had money troubles, genuine money troubles not caused by chasing impossible dreams. Clubs like Livvy, Gretna Dundee, then you are right, no sympathy.
