  1. Link ? excellent news if confirmed. Edit, not unexpected but Davo gone, hopefully he will get another couple of seasons elsewhere
  2. Superb strength of character from the players to give a decent performance when it was pretty clear the tie was lost in the 1st leg, also delighted for Mendy, put in a great shift to hopefully erase some of the demons from the past, reckon he won't be here next season but that performance may just give him the chance af an extra season, also think that Rego will be away, surely some of the top 6 Premier sides as well as English Championship sides will have been watching him. Despite the exit I'm so proud to be a Rovers fan today, also get a chance to put the ICT hoodoo to bed next season, Keatings to score a hat trick against them
  3. Just want to wish Dundee all the best in the final, my only hope is that you really pump Ross County
  4. We signed Hendry to a 2 year contract when we were in league 1 so your statement is pish, we need to get players who want to play for our gaffers, end of
  5. A bit lke the rest of your post, everyone knows the step from League 1 to the Champonship is the biggest step in Scottish football, going from in the main from part time to playing a mostly full time league is a huge step, the difference between the top of the championship and bottom of the top flight is small and mainly down to the finances awarded by being in the Premier division. Survival was our ultimate goal, we have surpassed that with flying colours, the fact we lost 2nd spot on the last game although dissapointing was not unexpected given the opposition. Even the most optomistic in our support would not have put us in the promotion play offs given the calibre of teams we were facing this season.
  6. Happy enough with that given our record against Inverness
  7. Think someone has stolen your login credentials ?
  8. FWIW, thought the penalty was soft, did the ball clear the line for the 2nd ? hard to say from the angle provided by PPV,, that said the best team won, Dundee were miles ahead of us today, took 75 mins for or 1st shot on target FFS, 2nd place is still in our own hands, we just have to beat the best team in the league to confirm it lol, hopefully QOS willdo us a favour tho' All in all so happy with the way we have gone about our business this season, we would have been one of the favs to be in the play-offs at the wrong end. All the best to Dundee in the playoffs (unless we meet in the semi)
  9. Was an absolute pleasure listening to you guys today and back on Boxing Day (was also very helpful we took 6 points from the 2 games) You guys are up with the best in the league for fair and unbiased commentry (I'd like to include Raith TV also). Unfortunately next weekend we have Dundee away, seriously hope they have replaced the pair of neds that commentated 1st time round.
  10. Watched both the games at Alloa and the commentators were fantastic in both games, glad to hear from them that they will be supporting us in the playoffs. Really sad that you guys were relegated today but I hope you bounce back very quickly, at the expense of falkirk would be the icing on the cake, all the best for the next campaign where hopefully fans will be back in the grounds. Edited, the red card was a fucking joke BTW, defo a pen but never a red
  11. That would be the ultimate kick in the nads, how dare you put that awful thought in my head.
  12. I saw no problem at all with Alloa's pitch when we played there earlier in the season. Looking forward to a hard fought game and hopefully we can take 3 points which would be huge in the quest for 2nd place, as several have said it ain't going to be easy, Alloa look to be dead and buried but will definitely fight for all they are worth.
  13. That reaction gives me a glimmer of hope we can keep him for next season, he obviously felt something for the club when he signed at the start of last season.
  14. Looking forward to this game mutch more than the cup tie against Lavvi, hugely important, win and it will pretty much guarentee a play off spot, however the carrot for finishing 2nd cannot be ignored, our next 3 of Arbroath (H) QoS (A) and Alloa (A) are where the ponts need to be taken, 7 from the 9 then the final 2 games of Dundee (A) and Hearts (H) could be free hits. As has been said many times if (and it's a big IF) we play like we did against we did against Dunfermline then I'd struggle to find a reason why we won't be playing in the top flight when fans are allowed back into San Starko
  15. Yep, been pretty much in control for long periods ans Livi have never really threatened. Have to say from a PPV I expected a lot more from a Premiership club, however it is the most tinpot club in the top 12
  16. Step up in opposition, however I'm more interested in the Arbroath game on the 10th than I am in this one, finishing 2nd in the league must be our top priority at the moment, promotion to the top flight may be the only way we can keep Hendry and Musonda at Starks next season.
  17. The Danes have put 8 (eight) past Moldova, had a feeling this might be our banana skin, hopefully it just proves thay are totally pish, anyway, good attacking line up for tonight, was hoping for 7 points from the 1st 3 games, just beat this lot, please !!
  18. 3 points and some us are moaning, FFS get a grip folks, we are in the Championship, a league above where we were playing for the last 3 seasons, we are 2nd in the league and looking good for a promotion play off spot, other teams have sussed out what we did in the 1st 3rd of the season and are playing against what were our strenghts. It ain't a pretty league and it wasn't a pretty win but a MASSIVE 3 points. COYR, I'll take another ugly 3 points on Tuesday please
