And if this had to be done pre-liquidation, would this include assets such as the Big Hoose etc, which would go to the creditors? So any owner of a Newco would need a shedload to buy what they would need to continue in any 'meaningful' way.... -

I thought they were Administrators????? So why are they giving it 'what will happen' if liquidation and Newco happens? Surely that would be the remit of a Liquidator if appointed? (feel free for Legal whizzs to clarify)

Hmmmmmmm, how about a newco Rangers start a breakaway from the SPL and invite other clubs to join with their own tv deal? Ie, they disolve the SPL from the outside? I am ashamed to say that the club I follow would 'probably' apply to join that setup, as would every other SPL and 1st division club.

I punted the pool @3/1 about 5 games to go and 2-0 was the one result I didnt want. Watched it live in a pub in Carradale of all places but dont know if Sky, BSB or cooncil tv.

Some of the congregation tithe 10% of income, or more, to the church, not just the fiver in the plate. I mind the Stornoway Gazette published a list of churches and their income when I lived there, the one at Back came out top, sure it was something daft like £8,000 a month. Radio 4 did a piece last week on churches and the lead, they cant get insured now as 9 a night are being hit.
