There is now way he could have survived. As someone further up said, they concentrated so much on the hanging (I guess to give him his rightful farwell) that there is no way back from that. Agree with most others, perhaps time to hang up their boots on this show.

I am now on Episode 2 of Series 5 having started watching it at the beginning of December. This is my first and last visit to this thread until I have seen the rest as I don't want to find out any detail. Top quality programme.

To be honest his job was made redundant and the company did well in keeping him on this long but he had to become self employed. He was supposed to be leaving mid January but has got himself a full time position so it has been brought forward.

Not really and my new jacket is too small for him.

We have an IT consultant in our office who came in this morning and told us he is going to work for West Lothian Council and will be leaving us tomorrow. I have been tasked with buying him a leaving gift for about £50. He is a 6ft 6 inch tall Nigerian who is very religious and doesn't drink. Any advice would be welcome.
