  1. Difficult! I Remember California Laughing Let Me In Falls to Climb Near Wild Heaven
  2. Pretty unfortunate that - unless you're Lewis Vaughan. Carrick made a decent (and definitely enjoyable) contribution in that short time, good luck to him.
  3. Probably complicit in a last resort to foster siege mentality among the WCOE, while also playing to the green cheek. I would rather guess the news than read it
  4. #givethemhellattannadice imo McCoist increasing his salary by resigning. ha ha
  5. Watson did. Could have been any one of him, Callachan, Anderson but probably the right choice. I definitely reached a tipping point with Murray.and would've had him out but i'm so glad the board took the constructive action they did. I would say Murray's achievement in taking us from the Livingston nightmare to the current run and current solidity - under the pressure of 90% of the fanbase wanting him sacked - has been admirable. By the way, Murray chose Malpas.
  6. There was no 7am announcement to the stock exchange. Are they ignoring it altogether??
  7. Can't many if any othe posters going, but i am chuffed to be going to see Lambchop playing their album Nixon tomorrow. Yauss
  8. Can't view but assuming this is the cup game? It's what i was going to post :-) Considering their hot-and-cold and sometimes catastrophic performances i think it's fair to say both players are quite fortunate not to be accused of worse
  9. They wouldn't know what to do in government, they would have no consensus on real policies and would implode. They are only united by illogical prejudice. Only recently did they actually change their tax policy which had been a flat rate of income tax! What kind of idiot would vote for a party with that in its recent past?! 'This party is really the answer now that they have recently changed their flat rate income tax policy'. Honestly. That's quite aside from ruining the country through isolation, all for the sake of bitterness and blind prejudice. You'd truly have to be an idiot.
  10. Pre-empting Elgin fans asking: great signing. Very tall, kicks miles, good prospect. Fans didn't react helpfully to mistakes he made and confidence took a dunt. Will do well.
  11. I just felt like dropping in to mention that Mike Ashley is going to own the stadium, the club is heading for admin with no hope of coming out of it, and dafties are going to want another new club but Ashley will own the stadium they want to play in. Lol. I posted one year ago that there would be more than one newco next time - truly obliterating the Same Club Myth - and I'm sticking to that. It's decent.
  12. You're always very restrained, to your credit, but Perry really was bad. I am glad to hear he's not heading for unemployment and doom, but heartily glad he won't be playing for us. Perry can pass the ball accurately enough if he chooses to, and is not slow. Positioning bad, temperament bad, decisions bad, strength bad, bravery bad, concentration bad.
  13. If I was signing up to post now I would be called Bairdy's Collage. Get him signed, he'll play anywhere and try hard. But the team should be built around Liam Fox. I've got a song for.when he scores against the new club at Ibrox yas. #drankin
  14. We should admit to ourselves that we don't really know what this will 'look like'in day-to-day club business, and as a result it's hard to judge whether it will be positive or negative in its impact on performances, results or morale. The board won't have taken this step lightly. Let's give it a chance.
  15. You might be right - I don't know - but have you ever approached him? I'm not in any of the fans' groups so I don't know how you would go about it. But that's what he's there for.
  16. What steps have been taken to talk to the board (about the management) via the fan's representative? Surely that channel should be exhausted before there are protests at games, negatively affecting the team?
  17. By and large I don't disagree. I think the other strongest argument for not changing manager is that we're now at a point in the season where we'd be paying two managers, possibly two management teams, for the privilege of not reaching the playoffs. We're on course for a disappointing outcome to the season, but probably not relegation - it would be.an expensive way of not making any meaningful difference. I'm fed up too, and i've reached breaking point with his management a number of times now. But while we have an immediate hunger for entertainment and also relative success, we should have a sufficiently long term view to tolerate five more pish months. Give him til the end of the season, see how we look at full strength (thinking of Barr especially), unless we.fall into the bottom two. *runs for cover* BOOOOOOOO
  18. Left back you could have of any the succession of right footed guys just doing a job as asked - Jason Dair, Scott M Thomson, Joe Dingwall... There's a ten year gap there so probably far more. Paul Hilland should be our most booed lb as he was utter crime but probably isn't.
  19. You forgot to mention being surrounded by the best chaps on Earth. Horrible draw but I might end up going just because it's the cup, but then it follows two better away days so keenness and budget might have taken a doing beforehand. We could get a draw there on a good day but I can't see it atm
  20. McGlynn played three up in the Second when we had three undroppable strikers. We could probably do it with a midfield of Callachan Moon Scott but there wouldn't be a place for McKay or even maybe Grantie.
