you can say it if you want but of course you are being disrespectful, Scottish junior cup finalists and a team who have beat us the last twice we have played them. Still hopeful though we have a chance to win the league, not getting complacent.

Beith 9 glenafton 0 Diver 3, Docherty, Monti, Monk, Rough, Wilson & Findlay with the goals. A devastating first 22 mins from beith put us 5-0 up, glens ended the game with 9 men (was 6-0 at the time) Glenafton left a few out today and it showed. Think you should check your facts before you post something like that. How are we in form? We have only won 3 of our last 6 games. 3 of the 5 games we have left to play are against teams we have already failed to beat this season. We have a good chance to win the league IF (and it’s a big IF) we win our 5 remaining games. But as usual we will take each game as it comes and give our opponents the respect they deserve and every game is a cup final for us if we want to retain the league.

Every team is capable of beating any team in the league, even if we are “better” than the teams we have left to play does not mean we will win those games. We should have beat glenafton last Wednesday but we didn’t. Largs are the form team in the league at the moment winning their last 5 or 6 games. We could only draw with St Caddocs earlier in the season. I’m not playing anything down, but showing the teams we have to play the respect they deserve.

Your total disrespect for the other teams in the league is astounding, we have to play the team currently sitting in 3rd and the team sitting in 5th away from home. Talbot have proved that they can go on a long run of winning games so I would not count them out.

Deserved win for Beith and it should have been more. Beith 4 Arthurlie 2 Duver (3) Wilson. Thought we lost shape when Danny O’Neil had to go off as we were really comfortable at that point. Like a few games today wind spoiled it making it a game where when Beith had the wind at our backs we took full advantage to go in 3-0 up. 4th goal just after half time killed the game as a contest. As it stands just now we would need 8 wins from 9 games to win league. That just ain’t going to happen when you consider we still have the two teams that won tonight (glens home and away, Largs away ) it is nonsense to say it’s our league to lose there is a ton of football to be played and when you consider we are very inconsistent at the moment….are we favourites probably, but it certainly isn’t our league to lose.

Why don’t you give it a rest, you were told a year ago that the SFA had were not accepting any more applications, and in fact closed it off. If they open it up again I’m sure we will be applying.
