So is there going to be decision on the abandoned game between Glenafton and Blantyre before Saturday's play off match for the lowland league? there are a few clubs future on where they will be playing riding on the decision the blazers make on this game especially if Darvel were to lose the play off.

So who goes up if it is a draw on Saturday, I assume it would be Tranent as they beat St. Cuthberts 7-0. So would go up on goal difference?

A few of them have already had games with the first team squad and have been included in games, however how many will make the step up? If i am being honest not that many. 1 or 2 at most. Physically they are not quite up to it yet.

Going to be very tight at the bottom, Rutherglen for me are favourites to occupy the final relegation spot simply because of their final fixture which I do no expect them to get any points out of. and they have the worst goal difference of of all the teams. Glenafton have it all to do with the most games left and it it is in no way certain that they will win them all. but I do expect them to get at least two wins and go level with Rutherglen. Largs for me have the hardest run in but they are against teams that do not have anything at stake so i expect them to get at least a couple of more points. it could come down to whether Darvel win the play off to decide if one of these teams survives.

Yes I know peasy have been down and have games called off. Difference being those games were called off after the match ref arrived and called them off. This was after we had another ref do an inspection 3 or 4 hours before the game and said the pitch was playable so we did everything by the book, Darvel did not, their chairman just said the game will go ahead off his own back.

have heard the pitch is ok at moment but obviously the weather is bad. Apparently the referee will make the decision when he arrives which is poor as our kit man will arrive probably before the ref Game is off, poor stuff not calling it off before now was obvious from early today the game would be off but letting the beith players and committee get down there and call it off an hour before game is a disgrace.

Has anyone got an update from Darvel whether the game is going ahead tonight the forecast is strong winds rain/thundersnow/lightning

With the forecast for basically rain for the next two days will there be casualties with tomorrow nights games? Looking for Darvel fans to see if our game will go ahead as your game was off Saturday. thanks

I know all these things have to be taken into consideration but fan and player safety must be the priority, if the Darvel v Beith game does go ahead i certainly won't be going. as i think it is too dangerous to travel, and i know plenty others that feel the same.

Surely the league should step in and just cancel all the games? With the high winds forecast up to 90mph the safety of the fans must come first. Asking fans to travel in those type of winds would be ludicrous and extremely unsafe
