I think what everybody who has commented on the rugby wants to know is where is the consistency? Seems it's ok to have 12000 at Hampden or a decent crowd on the swally at Murrayfield, but there seems to be no plans to change the 250 to 500 limit for crowds elsewhere, especially at other levels of football.

Shame for Soler, he comes across in the Movistar documentary as a decent bloke. Very banged up and it's lucky there weren't more riders badly hurt.

Played in a tri-am today, team scored 59, which will probably not be good enough to get in the prizes. Did my bit to contribute with a few nett birdies, then on the back 9 birdied the par 4 13th for a nett 2, then chipped in on the par 3 next for a nett 1. Annoyingly left a few shots out there between the 3 of us.

I don't watch too much Premiership stuff, but my uncle is a Chiefs season ticket holder and he can't fathom how Johnny was hardly mentioned in the Lions discussion. He just doesn't miss tackles, and brings plenty of other stuff too.

I can sympathise with the players a bit on this one, although Pete Cowen's comment that they will all have been vaccinated will probably be wide of the mark. It will also be galling for anyone coming over when they read about how differently the UEFA officials coming in for the Euros semi and final will be treated.
