  1. I'd agree with that, Scotland up to then had done a good job of going through the phases, getting fairly quick ball and keeping Wales pinned back. More importantly they had kept the scoreboard ticking. Very disappointing to suddenly be well behind soon after that. On the plus side I nailed everything except the winning margin on the prediction comp.
  2. Nel knocking it on twice late on had nowt to do with Clancy. Plenty of handling errors and some aimless kicking.
  3. Jackson has played well since he came on, excellent try by Taylor. Ref was pish, but too many mistakes again.
  4. Shocking amount of missed tackles there. Game over now.
  5. Scrappy game, kicking too much balk away.
  6. What do I know, heroic defending kept them in it and they manage to get a try through Naiyaravoro, 13-10 Ulster full time.
  7. Same old same old from the Warriors, too many penalties killing them. Ryan Wilson had a superb match but just got sin binned for the rest of the match. 13-5 Ulster and you can only see the margin going up the way from here.
  8. England made an arse of that, Morris was dropped on 14 and Morgan also missed a run out chance from yards away. Morris then goes on to get the scores level but gets out needing one to win. Tahir then comes in and scuds his first ball for a 4 to win it. Great entertainment.
  9. Ooft. Amazing caught and bowled by Reece Topley.
  10. England on top, SA now 143-5 and with not that much more batting to come you have to fancy England from here. In SA's favour is that they are on track for the run rate, but a lot now rests on Wiese and Behardien.
  11. Good score considering where they were at 6 down. How many times has Root given them a chance in matches that looked lost?
  12. 5, same as every day this week. Knew the country for the capital city, all those days watching Pointless haven't been completely wasted.
  13. More problems for the Browns. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000635467/article/armonty-bryant-indicted-on-felony-drug-charges?campaign=Twitter_atn
  14. The Program Dramatised version of David Walsh's belief from early on that Lance Armstrong was a drug cheat. Decent enough, but with two excellent factual films already out there in Stop At Nothing and The Armstrong Lie then it was going to be hard to top them. Ben Foster is superb as Armstrong. 7/10
  15. Comfortable win for SA with De Kock and Amla scoring well over 200 before the first wicket fell. England have another chance to clinch a series win on Friday.
  16. Reports that Kim gave birth on Sunday night, a formal announcement is expected soon. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-35529960
  17. It's like what happened in the rugby world cup though, there was no interest in a review until the replay had been shown on the big screen. That then gives the screen operator control of parts of the game which is wrong imo. The rules state that the review request must be made within 15 seconds, that certainly didn't happen there.
  18. How long is too long when it comes to asking for a DRS review? Australia are a bit miffed after Mitchell Marsh was out c&b after review, but as you will see on the video there was no real interest from the Kiwis until the replay was shown and the crowd got vocal about it. http://www.cricket.com.au/news/mitch-marsh-dismissal-brendon-mccullum-australia-new-zealand-review-umpires-what-mitch-marsh-said/2016-02-08?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=nzvaus
  19. Certainly feels like it if you try to tweet a score update from New Cumnock.
  20. The fact that Tim Peake can update his Twitter account more efficiently on the ISS than I can manage to do with the Petershill one when we play in certain parts of Ayrshire.
  21. Yep, haven't done much of anything right since half time. Big chance missed when Russell kicked it away after making the interception.
  22. Wasn't much better than Parisse's effort earlier. Scotland well in this, set pieces have been solid so far.
