I stayed in the Hub. It's more expensive than normal halls but is a much better standard.

Results back today, a B3 for Globalization and two B1's for Political Theory and History. Pleased with my results as I really lacked focus and effort in every subject, hopefully I'll have the drive to do better next year.

Erm, I think so. From what I can make of it, I need to top up to receive internet which is fine but are you saying that once the month is over I have to top up again to receive the Bolt-on extras? If that's so, then that's fine since I generally use all my credit in a month anyway. Or can you only access the net whilst you have credit left? Thanks a bunch anyway, have a greenie.

I've got nothing left really so I'm thinking it's more to do with the BlackBerry Bolt(?) that they were talking about. I think it could be that I've got to wait for that to be activated before it will be compatible. I might have just answered my own question but I thought it'd be best to check here and see if anyone could provide a definite answer.

The new deal I have though doesn't start till the 11th (basically unlimited internet etc) and I've been messing about with it just now. The problem I've got is that the Facebook application keeps giving me this message "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application." Is it just that I have to wait till the 11th and then it will work or is it something else? Only I've also installed Twitter and that seems to be working fine. Thanks for anyone that can help.

There's only two times I can imagine Amy's being kidnapped at and that's during Flesh and Stone (the Clerics reappearance, River being involved in this and the 'only water in the forest is a river' line) or Day of the Moon in the room when she has been missing for much longer than a few minutes as she first thought. Also, the marks on her face reappear which suggests the device to record memories had been removed in that instance and it's unclear who removed it. Perhaps it was removed and left in the room as a decoy? I personally think it's the first time I mentioned but I don't know for sure. Whatever it is, credit to Moffat for creating a brilliantly complex mystery. I love these sort of things in a television program when they're properly resolved.

That was the most irritating part of Mods for me.

They said on Confidential that she was taken before The Impossible Astronaut, so perhaps as far back as The Eleventh Hour or the Angel episodes? There is a few unexplained things from Flesh and Stone that was never resolved. I also think the Ganger Doctor will be back. The line the Doctor mentioned about 'flesh stabilising' surely can't be a throwaway one. Perhaps he dies and the Ganger replaces him in the diner? Also, if Amy was telling the 'Ganger' about his death then the Doctor knew the entire time that he was heading for his death, so he has definitely prepared a plan! The Doctor gave them bunk beds.

The Horrors in June, I've yet to listen to the new tune but I've been told it's a belter.

Just because there aren't signposts signalling character development doesn't mean it hasn't happened. I like that it's much more subtle under Moffat rather than the shining beacon of morality and being right on that Tennant and RTD were championing every week. I much prefer Moffat to Davies as well. Partly it's down to lots of the little touches such as one liners or reactions of the Doctor to specific events as well as the monsters which appear, well, a bit more monstrous than Davies. Of course, I can understand why people prefer Tennant but I don't.

Dunno if it's still running but Friday nights at the Picture House has Girls and Boys which is an indie night. Bands such as Blur, Muse, Daft Punk etc.

Thought I'd messed up my Political Theory exam by only answering on two thinkers social contracts when it asked for three, however, the marker emailed me to say that I had answered another question on Rousseau's freedom vs Hobbes security sufficiently to gain a strong pass for that question instead. So I'm sorted for first year.

Ahaha, I laughed.

History exam on Friday and I'm finished for 4 months. The exam itself is 50% and I'm currently sitting on around 35-40% of the total mark through coursework.
