  1. Up until the sending off, at 1-0 we were still in the game. Carson hadn't really been particularly troubled. The reason they "played poorly" was due to our pressing game. It unsettled them when we beat them earlier in the season and it did again tonight. It will be interesting to see how we fare in our next home game against them.
  2. Proven track record of keeping a diddy team up too.
  3. I'm not sure how they could say for definite that it prevented a clear goal scoring opportunity. Small was standing right behind him and blocked the ball after it accidentally hit Taylor's arm. The standard of our referees is dreadful. Shitebags to a man.
  4. Surprised it wasn't Steven McLean that was awarded it.
  5. It's a penalty. How on earth can a referee make such a wrong decision for the red card? Must be the only person in the stadium who thinks it was a red card.. Incompetent wee turd.
  6. Taylor in for Dunne. Gallagher in for Kiltie.
  7. Gallagher fully fit, so Gogic will move back into midfield. Definitely missed his presence in midfield in the last couple of matches.
  8. 486 feet from Paisley St.James to St.Mirren Park (SMISA stadium).
  9. My favourite Saints keeper. Prone to the odd howler, but was a fantastic keeper for us.
  10. Just watched the highlights. It was a pretty reckless tackle that could have gone either way, depending which diddy was on VAR. No surprise it was Gollum. That wee arsehole wouldn't give us the steam off his shite. It looked worse than the one that Edwards of Dundee United was sent off for, which I don't think was a sending off. Fraser dives in for your goal and makes it easier for Youann. If he'd stood his ground and delayed Youann's movement, he might not have had such a clear sight on goal. Possibly the fact that Fraser was already on a yellow, due to a daft foul earlier on, might have played on his mind.
  11. Not so much missing Erhahon, but missing a player that offers a similar type of play. We need Gogic back in midfield. However until Gallagher or Captain Joe get match fit, that isn't going to happen.
  12. We created fuck all today, so an extra two minutes wouldn't have mattered.
  13. Played well and a great finish too. One of the few on the pitch today that looked like a good player.
  14. Both teams huffed and puffed throughout the game. Ultimately the only bit of decent football that broke out in the second half resulted in a well created and well taken goal. Carson and Marshall could have had their pipe and slippers out in the 2nd half, given the dearth of creativity. Nothing of controversy to discuss. Draw probably fair result, but fair play to Hibs for converting the chance when it came. Great support from Hibs.
  15. Aberdeen lodge appeal against controversial Ross McCrorie red card (pressandjournal.co.uk) Another couple of thousand onto the "Caused by St.Mirren" bill.
  16. Laugh away. In your last four games you've shipped 16 (Sixteen) goals and scored 2 (two). Glorious.
  17. No failures to night for us. Although Fraser had ten minutes of madness. Main was outstanding again. Baccus looked more like himself. Greive got booted all over the place, but caused a lot of problems. Still lacks the killer touch in front of goal. Both Small and Watt looked like they'll be positive additions to the team.
  18. To be fair no one from "the club" was near them when they scored. Main and Gallagher might have been shite for you, but they'd walk into that clusterfuck of a team.
  19. Good to have a manager that players really want to play for. If Robbo can get the best out of Watt, then we've won a watch. The improvement in team spirit compared to Last seaon is quite remarkable. Anyone apart from the lovesick puppy still missing Goodwin?
  20. Both teams were pretty rotten. Brophy reverted to type.
  21. Given the stage that Lowry is in his development, the blue bigots probably wanted Lowry to be guaranteed more game time than we could give him. He'd probably be, at best, fifth pick after Gogic, Baccus, O'Hara and Kiltie. He'll probably end up at a League 1/2 team in England or in our championship.
