Here's an idea for improving our youngsters. Why not channel the coaching badges more towards developing technical skills and then sending every PE Teacher in the Country on the course? Just a start perhaps?

Exactly this. I've got loads of mates that have ended up getting married to people they were in unhappy relationships with just because they didn't want to be single/on their own. How can you hate yourself so much that you'd rather live unhappily with someone instead of being on your own?!

Until we improve the quality of the youth coaching and increase the numbers of these higher quality youth coaches we're just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. OF Colt teams wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference.
