    Reminds me of a guy (sadly no longer with us) that came on holiday to Thailand with us........being woken every morning by that nose/throat flem clearing coffing then the ritual gobbing it down the sink isn't the best!

    Black with gold livery.......was going to have ruby red panels on the sides but reds fade badly in the sun so sacked that idea off. The paint isn't cheap either......£250-300!

    Spent 4hours washing the boat down in preparation for the painter giving her the first coat of her new racing colours tomorrow! Nearly fell in the canal too!

    Did three 10k runs this week......difficult to gauge the times as I do a workout at the outdoor gym at Wester Hailes. Have given up crisps for the last 2.5 months and swapped beer for gin & slimline bitter lemon......that stubborn last half stone is finally shifting!

    Was out for a meal & a few drinks with a friend of mine last night.......my ex gf was there as she's a mutual friend......haven't seen her in 8months but I was looking sharp!
