I'd call that racial generalisation as opposed to out and out racism.........not saying its right or acceptable but something akin to us Scots being slagged off for wearing "skirts".

What industry do you work in? I've heard of such instances within the telecoms/construction industry where you are privvy to "sensitive" commercial information. Why are they not renewing your contract?

I agree......would be interested to see what our budget is relative to projected attendances. Just as long as we don't go back down the road of offering players long contracts on silly wages.
