    Just attempted my usual 10k run for the first time in 3weeks after having some sort of virus.......turned back after 500yards.....still fcuked with said virus!

    A friend of mine seems to have a differing online persona/alter ego.......where he takes himself uber seriously & all his eggs are double yokers! The slightest whiff of mockery or pisstaking & he throws a hissy fit! I remember thinking "I want to punch fcuk out of you" at one point but then remembered he's actually alright in real life so just blocked him instead! Most of our mutual friends think & have done this too!

    Made a beef & black pudding stew/caserole in the slow cooker last night.....admittedly it would have been better with lamb & black pudding but it wasn't bad nonetheless
