Am I correct in saying that Celtic only had to win 3 games to win a major trophy? Bit of a joke that given they have the biggest budget in Scottish fitba.

Seven games in and they’re sat in sixth place. Already looks like the title is gone and we’re still in September They’ve had their expected annual humiliations in Europe too. How long does Ange have left? What a bizarre appointment and it’s turning out to be even funnier than we expected.

He's a professional athlete who is probably fitter than most people, not some frail wee lad.
Spoken like someone who has never participated in any contact sports.
He’s about 10 stone wet through, just because he’s fit doesn’t mean he can take a hit from a 14/15 stone centre half and just walk away.

a wonderful achievement for such huge underdogs to win a trophy. I hope their fans appreciate this once-in-a-lifetime success!

What is the intention of his theatrical collapses then if they are not an attempt to cheat or con a referee?
Using this older video, only one of these incidents should be considered a foul, IMO, which is the Livingston one. Why would he go down like he did in the other incidents if it wasn’t an attempt to either: a) win a foul or b) get an opponent in trouble?
The Souttar one is also a foul imo, why is he grabbing and twisting at his midriff? He has no reason to have his hands on him in that scenario.
But the fact is players these days go down easy they all do but for me there is a difference between going down under contact and going down when there is no contact whatsoever.

Another reason to doubt Scotland's referees.
His diving in the first half was so bad it was funny. Maybe he wasn't fully fit, so hadn't been practicing?
He barely touched a ball in the 1st half never mind dive. The only time he was down was when he lost his balance after beating the keeper to the ball and he made no attempt to claim a foul

Saying he hasn’t been carded for simulation is entirely different from saying he is innocent. I entirely agree that a player with something a little extra to their character can be forgiven but that is also different from denying it.
Well he hasn’t as he doesn’t imo simulate fouls. Does he go down a little too easy? Possibly but I’ve yet to see him blatantly try cheat or con a referee when he hasn’t been touched.

His ability cannot be doubted. The only divide in opinion is Celtic fans vs everyone else regarding his ‘gamesmanship’.
As of yet I don’t think he’s had a yellow card for simulation? However a player with a little bit of devilment about them I can forgive especially when they can deliver you moments of pure magic like yesterday.
He is special I just hope we get to keep a hold of him for a good few seasons

Look, the boy can stand up for more than 10 seconds
He only needs 7 seconds though from the time ball is played, lobbing over the keeper to falling to his knees destroying your hopes and dreams

He has played nearly a full season in Japan scoring 16 goals, I saw a stat he has only played 90 minutes 3 times for Celtic.
Ange has managed his time on the park so far,the impact of Kyogo isn't in full flow yet.
His movement is brilliant defenders just stand with their hand in the air hoping he is offside.
The ball from McGregor was perfect but the first touch and finish was different class. In some ways it’s akin to the Betis goal, his movement and touch is ridiculous and if this is the standard of player available in the J league I’m quite excited to see the others we are rumoured to be bringing onboard in January.
The thing for me though is just his enthusiasm to play it’s infectious and it’s been a while since fans have been as smitten about a player.

Fine. I'll be in here to gloat when they horse you cheat bastrds.
If it’s anything like the warm fuzzy feeling I have this morning after yesterday and now doubly so after you have announced a manager who yesterday at 5pm was bouncing around his living room shouting GIRFUY Hibees then you are in for a good time

Ahh, so he's a gobshite then? Thanks for clearing that up.
Pretty sure a full time professional referee with no leanings towards either Celtic or Hibs will give a much more impartial and educated view.
So let’s just accept you got the result you deserved

Strange, as the signal at Hampden is usually crap and is you certainly cant post on forums etc.
Its almost as if they were "not actually at the game"......................................
Unlike Hibs we have more season ticket holders than tickets allocated so not everyone who wanted to be there could be. So aye it’s a bit of a weak dig tbh

I'll be drinking it in when Sevco take the league and 30m smackers. Mon the Sevco.
Dermot Gallagher just on SSN news saying the Hibs penalty claim wasn’t a penalty and the free kick is typical of a free kick given all the time and if not for the goal no one would be talking about it. And as for it being taken quickly if the referee allows it it’s fair game
So aye drink it in and I’ll be bookmarking this one for May

I would be surprised to see us score anywhere near that tbf, it’s a stick on Kyogo will be rested, Johnston looked gubbed and Juranovic went off injured and would have likely played on the right.
That leaves us with a Montgomery/Abada/Moffat front 3
