I can’t decide, but there’s definitely a player in there. Similar to Mcgeouch, needs intelligent movement around him then his passing and ball retention will be more effective. We tend to stand about too much though which doesn’t help.

Honestly think McKenna has been getting back towards his best in recent weeks. He’s got his head down and just gets on with things. Could do with being a little quicker at moving the ball when in possession and also he plays it safe too often.

Too the detriment of the team who pay his wages though. Cosgrove injured/ knackered, or even just a game where it’s 0-0 into 2nd half, need a goal, look to the bench, if only we had a striker who scores.

Regardless if Cosgrove moves on, it would be criminal to put Anderson out on loan. Why would he offload the only other real goal scorer and natural finisher in the squad?

The point is he committed a ridiculous amount of fouls and didn’t even get booked. Not asking him to be sent off, just consistent refereeing. He commits so many fouls as all his game is about is pinning down his marker , holding them close so he can bully his way around them and refs are wise to it now. He also doesn’t help himself by going down like a fairy if someone even tries to challenge him. What an advert for Scottish football, 2 of the biggest 4/5 clubs in Scotland and the centre forwards for both teams are absolute donkeys. Well he has said on a couple of occasions that the squad is definitely light on numbers with Leigh and Bryson injured and they would need to bring in at least 2 during the window. Pretty sure Cormack also said there was scope to bring in. Dont think they can say this and not follow through so fairly certain. And Gleeson been told free to go aswell. Add Vyner into it now aswell, possibly out for the season.

Deary me if you think he’s a decent footballer it’s time to give up. Would struggle to be as good as a hammer thrower.
