I've clearly not criticised him for his effort, that doesn't make sense.
What I said was, I feel McMann at his very best isn't good enough for the Premier. I don't believe he would be a stand out or top performer in the Premier
McMann has already proved he’s a decent premier league player with us but I think most people can’t look past last season when he was poor but being played out of position in a team full of poor performers. He will never be a standout but is a steady player who can do a decent job. If Goodwin thinks he can get a better player for a similar or lower wage then great, we should be looking to upgrade wherever possible. Should be a very interesting transfer window.

Thank you felt like tradition wasn't being met this transfer window.
For what it’s worth I know someone who was in contact with him recently and he mentioned his contract was expiring and that he would love to come back to united. A front 2 of Murray and Safranko would certainly be as hard working a front 2 as you could ask for just not sure there’s enough goals there.

Maybe we should hire a plane to fly over with a banner reading “stay off the fucking pitch”.
Might need to make sure the players realise this does not apply to them.

Wootherspoon, Mochrie & Middleton would be my guess

Wouldn’t mind seeing a front 2 of Moult and McLeod start this one, bring Watt on to enjoy the party after Moult gets goal number 20 and young Rory bags his first.
Walton
Thomson McClelland Graham McMann
Fotheringham Meekison Sibbald Middleton
Moult McLeod

Terrible performance last night (except Walton and 2 cb’s), looked like a team who had spent the week celebrating, absolutely miles off it but f**k it, it’s now official so let the celebrations continue.
PS thank you to Airdrie for making Raith your bitches this season, get past Partick and you must fancy your chances of getting to the final.

Cammy Kerr to score the winner handing Utd the league.

We replaced his comic turns with Jack Sanders. If you need any calamitous mishaps, he'll likely oblige.

Any chance of sticking Albinson back in the goal? He has been very good for us this season.

Get a tie in with Liverpool and sign the lad Beck, looks a good player and would upset the manky dees

Ross Graham getting booked for being dragged to the floor in a headlock is up there with Walton getting booked for that Raith c**t sliding right through him, incredible decision.

Grimshaw has been a big loss this season.
Let us win tonight and we'll let you have Grimshaw back next season.

Same 11 as last game, if they show the same effort then we give ourselves a good chance of 3 points

You will never stop things being smuggled into the ground (been at plenty of away days where I have witnessed people sneaking drinks from bottles they have brought in) but for a fucking moron to think it’s acceptable to launch a glass bottle at players is scandalous, hopefully the guilty party is identified and dealt with, I wouldn’t hesitate in shopping a Utd fan who was stupid enough to act in this manner.

Enjoy lads and lasses.
Great finish from Watt, some effort fae Ruddon, soft penalty but felt Raith were at it all game.0 -

Would another 600 raith have made a difference today?
Only if they were playing

Given how card happy the ref was not sure how Watson lasts the game

A big game and we actually turn up. Great result and a performance to match, wasn’t exactly sexy soccer for ninety minutes but there was effort and determination from the team today that has been missing recently. If today’s Tony Watt turned up every week we would have already won the league, such a frustrating player, it’s clear what he can offer but so often he looks like he can’t be arsed. The league wasn’t won today but I feel we could have lost it today, todays result counts for nothing if we don’t put the same effort into the remaining games.

Seen on another forum that Gallagher, Holt and McMann are all out, if true is there any chance of getting Dundees ground staff in to f**k up our pitch before Saturday

If Alex Grieve is the answer, what was the question?
Name a striker with the physique and body strength of a 12 year old schoolgirl?

Think Utd have made a bit of a c**t of this tbh. Should have kept the shed for ourselves with reduced ticket costs to try to get the place jumping, give the Raith fans the Fair play and Jerry Kerr if needed. Giving the shed to Raith at a reduced capacity is just stupid, the difference in noise between 1900 fans and 1300 fired up fans will be minimal and the excuse of a larger segregation section is a load of bollocks as we never did this in the top flight against teams with far scummier fans than Raith, all we've done is reduce our ticket income.

Both teams desperate for points for very different reasons. Utd need to go back to the team/formation that picked up so many points early in the season and hope our misfiring/lazy b*****d forwards can up their game.
Walton
Grimshaw Gallagher Holt McMann
Thomson Docherty Sibbald Middleton
Watt Moult
Nothing less than 3 points will do.

See the Dutch lad we’re being linked with was part of a defence that shipped 7 at the weekend, maybe Birighitti was in goal
