  1. You are correct. I was on the Guardian website when I spotted it but he is in fact the Observer cartoonist.
  2. Publicly maybe but privately the Saudis and Israelis will still be talking. Both view Iran as an existential threat, for different reasons. The maxim, the enemy of my enemy is my friend is very much at play.
  3. They are also duplicitous b*****ds that hide amongst the civilian population. Like any terrorist organisation, they don't make themselves easy to find or wear uniforms. Which makes the task of neutralising them all the harder. Especially without turning them into martyrs which is what they crave.
  4. Fair comment. I just hope the public pronouncements are very different to the discussions in private.
  5. Let's hope we can get the home form sorted with this one and put in a decent performance to boot. More of the same from the Dunfermline game and we'll be fine. My prediction - Ayr 3 - Morton 1 McKenzie to score a brace and knee slide in front of the SRE with a finger over his lips.
  6. Great picture, gives a real idea of the scale and length. Corner flag to corner flag. Progress. I can't wait for a before and after from that angle. It's quite transformational. Also a time-lapse would look awesome.

    App?

Mobile browser is fine. The time of apps is at an end.
  8. If that is Dowds, it's a goal. McKenzie has done the hard work by rounding the goalie but he then took a second to steady himself for a shot allowing the defender to slide in. A predator burries that chance.
  9. You've got your blamethrower out pointed in a familar direction. The Palestines have been failed by a lot more than just the Western governments. I'm not sure why the bad actors in the region and beyond are spared your blamethrower.
  10. Have any of you actually read the Hague or Geneva conventions? I haven't, but I expect dropping leaflets isn't in there.
  11. Aye, Senga is a very tidy player. He was everywhere in that first half. He was tiring when he was brought off but hopefully he can keep up that intensity for a full match.
  12. I'd still like to see Amartey partnering Dowds. Make it so Bullen, you're actually turning this round!
  13. A game of two halves really. In the first half we bossed it against a poor Pars side. If it hadn't been for some profligate finishing we'd have been 2 or 3 goals up. McKenzie the main culprit for missing some glorious chances. He still got into those positions. The second half we were second to every ball and Dunfermline were all over us. Charlie made a phenomenal save to keep us in it. We never really got going. I thought the subs made us worse buy maybe necessary for tired legs. Ahui did rather well at right back. Was pleased with him. A wins a win and I'll take it but it wasn't half nervy in that second half. Squeaky bum time for the full second half.
  14. Is the carpark at the back of the North Stand open and is it still £2? Thanks.
