Those types of tipsters are, by and large, a con. They have an affiliation where, if a punter signs up for the bookie through the url shared on their FB/Twitter, they get a % of the profit on that person's account for as long as it's active. It's not in their interest for their followers to be profitable.

Pretty much. They were the 6th highest scorers last season (not surprising considering Belotti got 26 himself), but 4th highest conceders. This season they've improved defensively (11th), but haven't been as free-scoring (9th), so maybe don't see Mihajlovic as the man to create enough of a differnetial there to push them up the table.

The two players were punished (and rightly so) for their actions on the pitch in line with SPFL rules about player conduct. No such rules currently exist to punish clubs for their fans actions. You're really not getting this, are you?

I sincerely hope that Falkirk are working with DAFC and the police to identify and ban those involved as that sort of behaviour completely abhorrent and has no place in our club. But what you've said above is complete conjecture. As we haven't adopted Strict Liability in Scotland, there are no real means to punish the clubs for the actions of their fans, so even a fine is unlikely.

A 'no, there haven't been any' would have sufficed tbh.
