There is an increase in season ticket sales, advertising revenue has risen with a good few businesses coming back on board since MJ left. Rugby Park boss Lee McCulloch hopes to land the ex-Killie No.1 on a free transfer after talks with the Tannadice club. The stopper has one year left on his contract and the club say they’ll listen to interested parties. Can't see us offering money if that's what they're after.....

The summary, as posted by one of the guys, couldn't make it along myself, who attended tonight's TiK meeting in the Mauchline supporters club with Kirsten & Lee in attendance ..... Once the 100k is reached, members will choose projects. eg could be helping pay for safe standing area. Kirsten answered any questions well, but understandably has a multitude of issues to deal with initially. Lee McCulloch was very good. Very open with his answers. Hoping to sign a forward and AN Other this week. Might be Cammy Bell as he said we were definitely interested in him. Alan Power has been told he needs to get fitter to play regular. Every other club apart from the Old Firm was interested in Lee Erwin, but we got in early and he and his agent kept their word. We nearly got Greg Stewart. Feels the home form partly down to lack of intimidation (lack of atmosphere), making it easier for teams to relax at Rugby Park. Gary Dicker could be back 2-3 weeks. Thinks Kiltie might stay a while longer. There is interest in Jones, he is far from the finished article and hopes to persuade him to stay. Other clubs were interested in Innes Cameron and Iain Wilson, but they've signed new contracts.

Not sure how long the deal is for as in the official announcement its not mentioned. But it certainly won't do any harm for the young defenders to learn from guys like Greer.... He's done a full preseason with Bradford City, played a couple of friendlies as a trialist scoring against Guiseley and also had a trial at Doncaster, but couldn't agree terms with either club apparently, so should only need a few games to gain match fitness.

I'd imagine he's taken a hell of a wage drop to sign for us, he mentioned in the club interview we wanted him in Jan but couldn't get the deal done and LM has been after him since, the deal was done two weeks ago.....

That's actually a hard one mate tbh.. to date I'd go with MacDonald O'Donnell Broadfoot Higgins Taylor Dicker Frizzell Burke Jones Thomas Erwin Now he has played S.Boyd (Ayr) Higgins (Clyde) & Wilson (Annan) beside Broadfoot so far. We also have Podstavek on trial. He has options midfield with McKenzie & Power too. He has played Burke in both games against Clyde & Annan as an advanced midfielder just behind the striker & Frizzell as the playmaker. I'd imagine tomorrow's lineup will be along the lines of the starting lineup for next week. LM mentioned he was looking for another 3/4 players to come in at the Trust meeting on Monday night, Erwin would have been one of those, but we would need to be patient to get the right guys on board. So as I said things might change .....

According to LM at the AGM he see us playing 4-3-3 but was willing to change depending on needs during a game......
