  1. Happy enough with him signing and he'll give Armstrong a bit of competition as we've now got someone to keep him on his toes, he can slot in anywhere along the frontline if needed to.
  2. Good signing guys. He has loads of potential and he's fast, look after him.
  3. Not a bad effort only spoiler for me is the flashes at the waist, would have looked so much better in plain white.
  4. Au contraire my friend, the banter years that followed were just as fuckin hillarious.
  5. Don't talk a load of Craig White, 14th Feb 2012 will forever be the benchmark.
  6. Maybe so but we're still a long way off where he'd like to be start of league season. We still need players, priorities being a right sided defender, a striker & midfielder (managers words). It's easy to get carried away based on the back of a league cup game against lower league teams. All I can say is get throu the group stages, seeded next round and a great chance to reach the QF's gives a manager a fair chunk more cash to spend when signings need to be made come January . In our case McInnes has already said he doesn't have the budget to fix everything he'd like in one window. St Mirren will still be a fair bit in front and pretty decent this season.
  7. I'd be signing the baby seagull, put in some shift up n down the left the whole of the 2nd half. How'd you boys fare anyway?
  8. Nah, remarkable resemblance to Alexi Mac Allister thou
  9. Not you Ric. From what's been discussed on our own forum.... The original idea was a member of staff at the club. Hummel then produced a proof using a generic symbol. This was then altered to the proper symbol and double checked with several chemistry professors by one of our supporters who normally has a big input with our strips then released.
  10. Someones tried to be really clever. Links to Killie, being one of 2 noble prize winners educated at Kilmarnock Academy, John Boyd Orr being the other, the clubs schools education program, penicillin and their charity partners at Crosshouse Hospital childrens unit. Imo, thou the idea has good intentions the final result is poor. Hopefully wearing it away from home will prove the cure for last seasons poor form .
  11. Haud yer horses.... our Stagecoach wan will be back this season complete with new sponsors and a few subtle changes.
  12. Falkirk fear , my arse, anytime we play them it's Falkirk tears more like.
  13. He's on the bench for Killie against Glentoran tonight in Belfast.
  14. He's also a very talented writer, gets great feedback on his features especially his passion, National Hunt racing. He's a connection of Grand National winner Corach Rambler. thoughtsfromthefoothills.com
  15. Never kicked on last season when 1st choice and replaced by Walker after chucking a few in. A Championship player at best.
