  1. To be fair I would say the Fermers away support last couple of seasons is much improved. It will be more than Livi and RC would bring combined(well more I'd guess). As always never slag those that are making the effort, the shite away support song has always irked me in that respect.
  2. Any supporter digging into the repayment of loans by a club other than their own is utter oddball behaviour. Why would that even cross someone's mind. It smacks of some sort of obsessive syndrome !
  3. It appears the lowest common denominator is all they have left, pretty much their go to nuclear option over the last few years so no massive surprise.
  4. Got it sorted eventually. They "reset" my account and it worked fine. On the app tickets, my ST and any bought cup tickets are on an app for Saints game but it's still just a QR code which is scanned at the turnstiles. You can screen shot the QR code, WhatsApp or email it to anyone and it scans fine. I'm pretty sure same will work with these.
  5. I see the 10% rise in Council tax by A & B council yesterday has prompted a new offer today by the SG in return for a freeze. The original pool of 147m is to be increased by a further 62.7m in return for all LAs agreeing a freeze. No idea what happens at A & B given their announcement yesterday but it looks like this might be enough to prevent others following them with a raise. Utterly mental policy !!!
  6. Classic example of the entrenched position in the UK yesterday with the right wing tabloids "outraged" (doesn't take much, daily occurrence) as police stood and watched "Islamists" project the "antisemitic" "from the river to the sea" onto a building in London. Police said no offence had been committed. How far is this going to go. The argument being put forward is the phrase is pro Hamas and by definition therefore antisemitic. Some of these folk are deranged.
  7. Front page of today's Telegraph has Braverman saying that "Islamists are now in control". No doubt emboldened by the bullshit coming from Mr Speaker yesterday but this woman is a bigger danger to this country than anything else I can see currently.
  8. I suspect it's an android or version issue on my phone. Will try from a laptop tomorrow
  9. Same result attached and no link sent with new password
  10. Received the email advising me to enter my email address and click on the password reset button as advised but no new password is being sent (checked junk folder). All it says if you don't receive the new password in an email is try again. Rinse and repeat so far. Typically SSC I suppose.
  11. Odd take. Does that apply to the Conservatives too ? Not really sure what your angle is here. What, in your eyes, should the SNP be doing about the Speaker's actions yesterday ?
  12. Why, it's not a whipping issue. Hoyle is even now digging an even deeper hole for himself on this issue. Your post in itself suggests your "cosying up to the Tories" line was nonsense. It's being left to individual MPs to decide but I would not blame any MP regardless of party affiliation for signing that petition. His actions and the attempts to justify them are complete nonsense.
  13. Even if there were viable threats made to MPs (let's face it, it's not impossible) this was never the way to deal with that. Hoyle is bullshitting pure and simple. If MPs were in imminent danger the security services would be dealing with it, there would not be a requirement for the speaker to alter protocol in an attempt by HIM to protect them. I doubt a credible threat would even be announced in this way ie Hoyle blurting out he did what he did because of it being the first public release of such information. And all the while we the seed has been planted without mention of where the threat was coming from thus stoking flames further.
  14. Hoyle now saying he did what he did to protect MPs from viable threats. Risible nonsense. Even if there were viable threats were they only made to Labour MPs as that is the only group his actions sought to "protect". Also it seems we now have a massive elephant in the room here, a bogey man that appears to be getting blamed for bringing chaos to UK politics. It's as pathetic as it is transparent and talk like this is merely stoking the flames. Do they honestly think UK Muslims are the only people appalled by what's happening in Gaza ???
  15. Do you think the SNP members shouldn't be supporting the no confidence motion on the Speaker ?
  16. Surely he wouldn't be interested due to a distinct lack of "guid honest laddies" ( and lassies in this instance)
  17. She's murder, the ridiculous way she allowed that vote to proceed yesterday shows she isn't up to it.
  18. There was an utterly pathetic Labour patsy on Newsnight last night. When pressed on why now he actually said it's because Israel are talking up a ground offensive in Rafa. At that point it was put to him that his stance and the reasoning made it look like the senseless slaughter of 30,000 Gazan residents was acceptable to them as he used the phrase "a step too far". Victoria Derbyshire was left visibly shaking her head in disbelief at him after he failed to backtrack from what was obviously a pre prepared party stance.
