  1. BBC News - Immigration watchdog sacked after critical news stories https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-68354377
  2. Nothing strange about it, snobby twats don't want Aldi pretty much sums it up. "Why couldn't it be Waitrose" whined the over privileged old boot.
  3. No team plays that way anymore, days of 2 out and out strikers playing as a partnership are gone for now but it's a fashion thing and cyclical so will come back into vogue at some stage. For now it's one behind or off the striker or a central striker with two wide forwards coming inside from wide and often inverting.
  4. That pales into insignificance compared to the thoroughly condescending tone of the commentary in regards to Luton. It was constant and pathetic more akin to a non league team in an FA cup tie than an EPL game.
  5. They appear to be the most brittle team in the league confidence wise. They look like swaggering through games yet every few matches someone gets under their skin and they revert to gang status. That has to be down to ETH and his man management style imo as it's been a recurring theme throughout his tenure.
  6. Unless taken off Casemiro is 100% getting sent off here eventually. Maguire back to his dreadful worst too.
  7. Why, it appears totally acceptable to the broadcaster who are quick to point out and apologise for unacceptable behaviour picked up by their mics.
  8. My main take from the 1st half is fairly obvious and probably shared by many. Kenny Miller is an insufferable kunt.
  9. Huge game next week and an immediate chance to gain back some of this weeks losses with Hibs, Dundee, Killie and Aberdeen all playing each other. It's pretty much getting to the must win territory with only 6 games to go after next Saturday.
  10. The main stand is every bit as bad if not worse than where my ST seat is in the West. Sat in the main stand for a few non ST games and was pretty taken aback at some of the abuse dishes out. The cup tie last year v Dubdee being a particular low light.
  11. Aberdeen and Dundees games in hand are against each other so negates that slightly. No doubt that's a blow today but far from fatal. Fakes at home next with the 4 top 6 challengers all playing each other so something has to give.
  12. Plenty of your Rool Britannia types up here too, Facebook profiles awash with your poppy, spitfires and veterans stuff.
  13. I assume this is Monday night as the Tinpot Scottish branch of the BBC only have one OB crew and that means they are in Aberdeen Saturday lunchtime so Fri night in Greenock wasn't an option. Sunday is arse cheek day so Monday night was the only alternative.
  14. Really ? I'd be stunned if Britain gave up its massive stauner for the war anytime soon.
  15. Seriously. I thought he was awful. His flapping at every cross was embarrassing.
  16. It looks like my trains are still running, all a bit odd but yes if we need to get another out of Koln will do. Mannheim to Stuttgart is like Glasgow to Ayr, one every few mins so that leg will be fine.
  17. Even Putins men couldn't bump Shannen off. She is proving immortal.
  18. You do realise this is a pretty lighthearted Scottish football forum and not part of the Scottish teaching curriculum. Grow up ffs. So by extension if you were a teacher you would be teaching them pro Reform garbage....no you wouldn't as this isn't anyones place of work and anything posted here doesn't automatically mean you go around every walk of life punting the same message but you know that yet are acting like a child posting nonsense like this.
  19. Get in yasssss.....I mean condolences (and points please). Hopefully nothing too natural as cause for the Brucie bonus.
  20. Possibly but the original connection as sold on the DB website was 7m. Now an open ticket Koln to Mannheim for the price of a train specific one so not complaining
