    We hate Dougie!!

Dougie will love printing that and pinning it up on the Morton Bus.

Thanks for the motivation assistance, even though it wasn't really required for sure a promising match.

Wonder who the ref is, maybe we could give him a lift up on the bus. Forgot how bad that twat was on the first game.

For some reason I think we’ll give Morton a scudding.

    3-0.

    Love that optimism.

We were in the first game until that defensive fu#k up when I thought we were on top.

Second game we loss two headers to a midget.

Will accept a draw to keep run going and confidence for the cup.

Nice to see a ticket offer will help to subsidise my petrol costs.

Hope you don't lock us into a small taped off area.

Personally i think the Bundesliga seems the most attractive due to the overall atmosphere and size of clubs there, but they lag behind financially across the board. Interesting to read Derek Rae say that fans are happy with that though. Theyd rather have an enjoyable, lower quality, league, than a virtually dead plastic league.

While I agree its the place to go for great atmosphere it is not that competitive.

Seemingly this might be the first year that league title has changed hands in 14 years, and that down to signing a great striker who wins f**k all and is a hoodoo.

  4. This is a mini version of do you find the Champions League a bit stale.

Like every league where success is heavily related to the cash you take in, the only solution is to address worsening the situation.

So I propose all teams get the save dividend from the SPFA income streams.

We should also reverse the decision that home teams keep the gate money a 60/40 split would help even things.

I think that decision was the end of any real competition in the top league.

I suspect the bunnet and the steel man concocted this proposal prior to investing in their stadiums and seen it as a means to distance themselves from everyone else.

On the space taken up for the tv studio, when we had games on BT sport a few years back, they built a studio over the first aid/groundsman's office IIRC. Get that done again, 1000 fans shouldn't be losing out on attending the game to accommodate that.

Get this man on the Safety Officer group.

    Move them

  6. As the lyrics of a well known song say

"sober in the morning light . Things look much different than they did last night"

Well I hope not. Yes maybe not the sophisticated football PL teams are used to but definitely a real cup game.

Can't fault anyone in the team, must be a first. Why did QOS let Wilson go!

Yes our social media and ticketing has improved but sort out the capacity for the next round if drawn at home.

Not happy with the space given to Motherwell fans in the main stand nor the BBC's commentator's open plan platform.

If we have to put up with it, relocate it to the corner and free up some cowshed space.

Also, to all you home fans who can along last night hope to see you in the next home league game the atmosphere generated was brilliant.

Cowshed - 2,500 (Sinclair Street included on the assumption that folk will go into the shed due to the weather; so only the Shed's capacity is in use.)

    Stand - 1,000

    Away - 3,000 (~2,000 sold)

Total - 6,700 (including hospitality, disabled bay, etc.) - At least 5,700 sold by my count.

I am on my way. Looks like we we will have a great night, love crowds under the lights only need to beat the road works!!
