Wtf is this fkn shite we are 9/9 ffs

    This is a fans forum.

I have been to the three games and are more than happy with the result and effort from the players.

If any part of my observations don't concur with your view happy for hearing what your opinion is.

Don't  be a non constructive bully as per the Gordon pals group who red flaged my comments.

It is obvious from the traffic on Gordon's site that you feel a red dot need.

Have you decided that you have tired of attacking Dream OakTree or are you just a sheep

Merry Christmas sorry f**k off ya c**t

  2. Well terrific result ruined by yet another piss poor ref.

Top Marks to all the players, except big George. Is that us now without a main striker next week!!

Yes, D, Power was the wrong sub when McGrattan should have come on.

Power for Gillespie later on yes.

Felt the pace of Bearne should have been used later on not fucking Boyd.

The game was going fine until the Wilson injury and a few Morton players felt the challenge contributed to it.

Yes some of the QP boys were indefinitely giving a bit extra and how Longridge fail to pick up two bookings was a surprise.

Big George has himself to blame. Surely he realised the ref was a fanny and the I am in charge type. The challenge was from behind and look intended to get some revenge for tackles coming from the QPers but in reality caused no damage to the player.

Plus the grinning in the face of opposition players ain't winning over many refs and has to stop.

Anyway what a 8 day run of results.

  3. Well great chance to put some distance between the bottom league spot.

Had thought two draws and a win against QP would have been a good return from these three games but would be dizzy heights if we can get nine though seven would still get us back on solid ground.

Great effort last night and same again should make us favourites on Saturday.

With options on the bench we are starting to achieve the standards of last season.

Power for Gillespie after 55/60 minutes is a good option as neither have 90 minutes in their legs but have that experience to get us through games.

Plus our bonus X factor at left-back/throw-ins.

    3 v 1 the Ton.

Could this be a 'Taxi for Doogie' game?

Yes down to the supporters club , drinks on the house.

Anyway thanks for the first gift maybe your CB's thought big George was still at ICT.

ICT shaded the first half but don't remember them getting any shots on target. That's except the offside breakout.

Ton should have put this to bed before your late rally.

Feeling a lot better as I can now enjoy my festive Swally.

  5. I think being realistic we are now in a three team league. Us, Arbroath and QP

Just shows how badly we are placed I got a lift seeing Dunfermline gub Arbroath.

Should the next six games not close the gap ambition will sink to getting into the playoff spot.

Big problem is we have being saying this for a few weeks without any progress but saved by those two being equally as bad as us. Don't agree we can accept defeat v D Unt this week. They have shown a lack of finishing recently and will be keen to get a result on Saturday. So prity open game, need to be secure at the back and more clinical up front. Increase in bench options will give us a chance to have a stronger bench and hopefully a result.

The big question being will the game be on.

They gave County home advantage more or less when Connah's Quay got to the final, put it at Caledonian Stadium giving the visitors an 800-mile round trip. Hopefully much the same this time too, it's a Scottish trophy after all.

Don't be silly, they will just fly up. With CT getting a 4 hr bus ride.

Adjacent stadium to Raith or Airdrie. EEP it must be.

PS Airdrie were good at the penalties today and we missed big Robbie's automatic conversion. Feck knows how this game ended 0 v 0 but a good game and gives us a bit of hope that there is a way back to the Championship pack.

  7. Good game today and style of play was much more entertaining.

Mullen, Wilson, Gillespie and Bearne all contributed today and should all get more starts.

Can't believe we didn't score with the number of chances created.

Except for suspensions expect this team to get another chance next week in the cup.

McGrattan missing the 14 pen was on the cards as he also showed up well.

Amazed we've got to this point so quickly after the opening win against Ayr and a very encouraging performanace at Ibrox. But here we are.

    Why be amazed!

Did we not knock Celtic out the league cup prior to spiraling down to L1 last time.

Don't see the MCT sacking Dougie, as having talked to some directors they seem to think Morton are on the way to a stable financial position but accept we can't compete with seven of the teams in the division as it is. Worryingly they don't see the impact of dropping a division and the effect the loss of prize money will have but am happy that finances are being put on solid grounds.

So we will just need to do it with what we have and hope for a rabbit out the hat loan signing assisting our escape. All that being said the manager still needs to drop a few regular starters and give others a chance.

All said and done these are the times we need to get behind the team.

  9. Have considered we need to change some of the players for a few weeks.

Broadfoot ( a given), Power ( no great loss) but also MacDonald now coming into the frame, has had a few saves but surely should have saved two of those goals in the last week.

Also French seems to be going downhill recently hope as D1974 above says this is down to playing with Broadfoot.

Starting to think Wilson might be our only hope.

Was all ready for the Firhill trek and a growing optimism but on reflection starting to feel this could go horribly wrong yet again.
