Stop posting your petty shite. Keep it to PMs. Nobody else is interested.
I can and will ban (temporarily or permanently) anyone who continually spams these threads.
Cheers Cardinal, they’re a bunch of overgrown weans. We’ll maybe get some football discussions now.

Is the ground owned by the Council and leased to the Trust?Which I think is the same or very similar to the Rob Roy model perhaps?
Council owned, run by Holm Park Community Football Academy which is comprised of the council, Clydebank and Yoker.

We weren’t going. Support our team but our wee group won’t be financing individuals with no honour or class.
Not as petty as Darvel and the people running it. I won’t be giving Mr Gall another penny.
Darvel will get a share of the gate at Newlandsfield next week. Go to the game, don’t paint yourself into a corner.

Looking at highlights seemed harsh, don't think they have a case for the second yellow however would be interesting to see if they do appeal the red for the goalie. There is video evidence which is the basis of an appeal.
Can’t appeal second yellow cards.

Another weekend of goo matches ahead with some interesting games
Highlights for me are;
Cumnock v Gartcairn, both teams have spent on playing squads recently however none have had a great start to the league, a win for Gartcairn would see the usual cumnock "sack the manager" shouts starting to emerge with pressure building.
Drumchapel v Auchinleck, both sides had a decent start however feel both need the win to keep pressure on the Bankies.
Johnstone Burgh v Clydebank, this feels like the first test for the Bankies however they have the good fortune of a couple of key JB players being suspended following last weekend's game.
Unless JB appeal the keeper’s red. It did seem a bit harsh.

The so called fans of the former Clydebank club let their club sell their sole to Airdrie.
Aye, but we did try to sign Harry Haddock from Clyde.

Clydebank have 2 home games in the first 7.
You’d think @Kennie was from Ayrshire or something …….
In other news, Clydebank have 15 home games and 15 away games. Seems pretty even to me.

Ur season could be over before the illuminations start when I see ur fixtures
Jim, have you perused Darvel’s opening fixtures. Same could be said for you. It could be said for any team in the division this season, the most competitive ever by the looks of it. Good luck everyone.

So how do clubs get history? Good luck to St Cadocs or anyone else putting money into our level of football.
But are they putting money in to our level of football? Gartcairn and St. Cadoc’s have raised the bar, wage wise, which causes financial problems for teams in their own league trying to acquire players but bring nothing in monetary benefit in away games whilst reaping the benefits of large supports at their home games.

Talbot I think were the most on 16. For them to finish above you boys on points and goal difference when they played a quarter of their season in 2 weeks sums up the standard of Clydebank.
I would say that Talbot deserve much credit for that achievement, great effort from them. Sums up their standard rather than Bankies.

On a quiet news day, someone should start a thread where posters can list their top 5 favourite and least favourite clubs in the WoSFL and the reasons why. What fun we will have!
Need to give the mods a 4 minute warning on that one!

Attendance was 530. Doubt very much there were more Clydebank fans there than Pollok. No way of knowing for sure I suppose! Nevertheless, if I’m wrong, congratulations on winning the ‘We Had More Fans’ trophy!
530, very poor. How many would there have been if it had been played on F…..

Totally agree it's a shocker having all finals up there . Couldn't think of many worse venues.
A top junior ground is more than ample for the west of Scotland cup final in particular .
You’re right PC Cabe/Hertha/Jackdaw but why play the West of Scotland final in Dundee, the nearest Junior ground I would think.
