  3. I get up at 7 everyday, regardless of it being weekend or weekday. I don't like the idea of waking up anymore. I don't really want to wake up anymore.

  7. We got emails saying our coursework wouldn't be marked for a while due to the ongoing conflict that was going on. That was on the 28th of November. I just got back the mark a few days ago. Not really satisfactory considering their feedback policy is 2 weeks.
  8. It is quite annoying, I agree. I had the marking for some of my coursework delayed because of all this shite.
  9. Cut the bevvy for a week or two, you'll probably lose a few pounds. You eating at a calorie deficit?

  13. My calorific needs if I'm wanting to put on muscle is 3090 calories a day. Quite easy to do that on protein and complex carbs.
  14. Obviously when I say lean muscle mass I mean muscle. I've already got to the point where I'm lean enough. I usually take my advice from Furious Pete.
  15. I'm looking for quite serious lean muscle mass gain. I've got my body fat down to a good % and I've got a decent frame to build muscle on having played sports quite a bit in my earlier teenage years. Go to the gym 4 times a week. My diet is pretty much sorted as well.
  16. Aye it's to ensure that you stay full throughout the night. It's good for the gym though as it's a decent slow release energy source.
  17. I usually have two whole eggs with wholemeal toast and a protein shake with milk so I get my Whey and casein before I head to the gym.
  18. Was going to suggest this. We need this night out in Dundee to happen.
