  1. LA Rams for a £194 Jumped in to win £12 on WAS and got my stake back since 1 loser. Lost £1 on 4 coupons but oh so close (see Draw buster further up!)
  2. Some NFL action today. Patriots looking good already.
  3. *Not sure why the 1st 2 matches say "+1 goal", when they are clearly "-1 goal"? Is it because they are the away team?
  4. I pick 1st 3, mate back in blighty picks the other 3. Not convinced that Sellick will score past the Qatari-backed French team
  5. Nice. Hedge your bets on that last one for some guaranteed money.
  6. Anyone looking at NFL bets today? Some eye catchers: Bears v Falcons (-6.5) 11/10 Rams (-4.5) v Colts 19/20 Packers (-3) v Seahawks 10/11 £10 treble gets you £68.10 plus your tenner back
  7. 3 coupons this weekend: 6 x NCAA College Football spreads 6 x NFL spreads 6 x BTTS
  8. Not yet - the game is tonight (Texas A&M v UCLA) Really only comes into play if UCLA win by exactly 4 points. I have them in the acca at -3.5 I put down another bet (since the other 5 were up yesterday) on A&M to win with a +4 spread.
  9. Had a look at the William Hill site. Example is a 1 point spread. Say I have Team B +1, then "if Team A win by exactly 1 point, bets on this handicap market would be void because there is no option to bet on the handicap draw." Looked at the match-up and WH doesn't have a draw option (1,X,2) only home or away (1,2).
  10. Me and a mate did 6 x NCAA College Football games. All 5 came up yesterday and 1 game remaining for later today. Decided to lay the last game and make a guaranteed £125 instead of a possible £189. Not bad for a £4 stake.
  11. Stuck a bet on an NCAA College Football game: Texas A&M (+4) v UCLA If the game ends up UCLA winning by exactly 4 points, do I just lose my bet? Wanted to check since most of my previous pigskin bets involved half points (0.5) and it wasn't an issue. Cheers!
  12. Mate of mine on FB just said that any Hearts fan can get their money back on a Season Ticket purchase, since there have been no home games. Is he right or is he on glue?
  13. and Darren Jackson. Talk about a slam-dunk management team.
  14. McHattie better hurry up. He leaves for Thailand tomorrow.....
  15. Already looking forward to the next manager and Locke hasn't been in charge of one game yet. Not a great way to push on after an impressive season. I'm assuming the board thought that even although Gary's win percentage (26%) was low, it was at SPL level with Killie and Hertz, so he should be able to handle the Championship.
  16. Except the Raith Rovers board, as was shown in their appointment of Mr. Locke. Right? Right??
  17. Right. Let's test it. Mr. McBookie - Jackie McNamara is not on your (long) list of possibilities. He's shat the bed down at York City and got them relegated to the National League. Looking for a gig back up the road. Family couldn't settle, etc. How about it?
  18. How about Barry Smith to take over as your new boss? Handy appointment for him coming back up the road, as his reign at Aldershot ended recently.
