    7.15 and just been outside. If my garden lawn was the venue for the game I reckon it would be game on but Newtown Park is a more exposed patch of grass so it's a hard one to call. Mon the thaw !!

    8.30 would normally be a bit early for an inspection but the weather tomorrow isn't going to get much better. If it's frozen at 8.30 it probably isn't going to thaw out by KO.

    Hopefully the frost won't be too bad tonight and the ground is playable tomorrow. Latest weather forecast says at KO tomorrow the temp will only reach 3C but the wind chill will make it feel -5C.

    On Sky News the political editor of The Sun says the 48 letters are not yet in. Says it could change by tomorrow morning but at the moment May is just about hanging on.

    I see on the BU Twitter that Linlithgow Rose have pulled out of the game v the BU's on the 29th due to injuries, work committments etc, etc. Sorry to read that as I was looking forward to watching that game.

    A traffic enforcement van on the Dean Road is the closest we get to a police presence in Bo'ness. You have to be extremely dim or unlucky to get arrested these days.

    BU Twitter from 2 hours ago says there has been another act of vandalism at Newtown Park and "extensive damage to the pie hut". Hopefully they are tracked down, convicted and punished.

    "Where's Kegs ?" was a question asked by a few fans yesterday as they looked over to the dugout. Mystery solved- during the week Kegs received a 2 game ban following the Dundonald game.
