Looking at the weather forecast you would have to think that the Bonnyrigg game is doubtful at best.

The BU players who are on the pitch have given 100% this season. Missing early chances and giving away soft goals has been a problem for us but we can improve. Mon the BU's !!

BU's will play their last game at Newtown Park at end March. Work to start first week in April on new 3G pitch + floodlights.

Kegs:- good cop Allan McGonagal:- bad cop Tam Courts:- an angry Dirty Harry on angel dust. Maybe his in your face raw aggression would suit some teams but I don't think the senior players at Bo'ness would benefit from his input.

Anybody can speculate but only Kegs can answer that. Leaves Shirra in an incredibly tough position taking a team who have just lost 5-0 to Bonnyrigg.

Don't worry Jambo, Campbell, MacDonald and McMullen will take care of McGachie.

Thinking about rough teams I struggled to think of any opponent who has tried to kick us off the park in the last 10 years...... which led to a wee flashback (and a wee chuckle) remembering Paul Murphy putting TC off the park at Lithgae. Red card all day long but ref bottled it as it was just after KO. #HappierTimes

I wouldn't say that Tranent are a rough team. Like all clubs (and I include the BU's) they have players who dive, harass the ref and roll about when there is barely a touch on them.

Genuinely think we can win all of our remaining home games with Tranent being the most dangerous side we will face at home. Away from home it's much tougher with trips to Bonnyrigg, Haddington, Dalkeith and LTHV. There's still lots of points up for grabs and top 5 finish still looks likely to me.

If I was picking the BU side for Bonnyrigg it wouldn't be 4-3-3 ...............probably needs to be a 5-5-4 for us with 2 keepers in goal if we are to have a chance. Only joking of course as the BU's will stick to Plan A and show some serious bouncebackability to defeat the big Rose. Mon the BU's !!!

If Bonnyrigg are dishing out their Farmfood 6 for a £1 pies then probably.

All the BU haters piling on here tonight which is no surprise. That's the third time the sides have played at Tranent this season. Two and a half very even games with only a fag paper between the sides but that last 45minutes today was a fine example of how cruel and frustrating the game of Fitbaw can be. In the second 45 it was 2 daft defensive errors and 2 deflections and we are 4-0 down. We had plenty of chances to open the scoring today but we couldn't convert them into goals..............an all too familiar tale.

Hopefully we can put up a bit of a struggle and keep the score down.

First half we should have been ahead.....but probably Tranent felt the same. Second half both sides had chances. But then Syme fecked up a backpass and Tranent scored the opener. Then two deflected goals and it was 3-0. No way was it a 3-0 game at that point. BU after that were really poor. Another defensive feck up for the 4th. Thought Hunter unlucky to get a red. Good finish for the 5th goal.
