  1. Have you ever deliberately chosen not to sub on a player because said player keeps chapping your door through the week asking for gametime?
  2. Agreed, it's the way it's worded. I think the sum is £9 + 9 + 9 + 5 = £32 less £2 = 30.
  3. Ah yes, I missed that. Thanks for pointing out.
  4. I understand that seedings for Euro 2024 qualifying are based on final positions from this Nations League, so I believe in order for Scotland to be in pot 2 we must win our section. Otherwise we will be in pot 3 and could have a very tricky Euro 2024 qualifying group. Another (possible) negative of messing up the end of the last Nations League campaign.
  5. I'd say they'd want Finland or Scotland ahead of Russia, and probably ahead of Norway.
  6. Or someone has 2 tickets in their cart and are swithering whether to pay 185 euros per ticket, or 140 euros for a restricted view ticket, then decide to ditch it. Any why exactlly are we being offered restricted view tickets in a mostly empty stadium. Seems ludicrous.
  7. Croatia game showing as Sold Out now.
  8. Once the bar passes halfway you begin a 15 minute countdown....
  9. The email said 2pm CET, so should be open 1pm here. My bar says 2pm opening as well.
  10. Got my e-mail last night with my 2 tix for Scotland-Croatia. 630-700 entry time, row XX, section A6 west stand.
  11. Yes, I was meaning that. I think he will have first 11 in mind, but I think there is always scope for someone or other to make a strong case.
  12. I'd like to see the whole squad utilised over these next 2 warm up games (subject to relative fitness/Covid, etc). Not really fussed about results, just need each player to know the system and make their push for a start v Czechs. So many spots in the first eleven up for grabs I think. Netherlands will be rotating their squad too, I'd imagine.
  13. Resale tickets going back on sale this week... https://www.uefa.com/uefaeuro-2020/news/0269-12682ae5e7a8-0f0adfb9d157-1000--remaining-euro-tickets-on-sale/ Despite the recent cancellations and refunds for tickets for UEFA EURO 2020 there are several tickets which will go on sale on UEFA.com during the first half of June. The available tickets are the result of the venue changes relating to Bilbao and Dublin, ticket returns, increased capacities, and the release of tickets with a restricted view. The upcoming ticket sales phases are outlined below. Tuesday 1 June Initially, tickets for matches in Seville and Saint Petersburg will go on sale from 14:00 CEST on 1 June 2021. These tickets will be offered first via a 24-hour priority window to all fans who had their tickets cancelled and refunded for matches in Bilbao and Dublin. All impacted ticket buyers will receive an email informing them about the purchase process. Wednesday 2 June From 2 June, any remaining tickets for matches in Sevilla and St Petersburg will be put on sale to the public. Additionally, remaining tickets for matches in Budapest will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Friday 4 June From 4 June 2021, fans who had their tickets cancelled and refunded for the other venues during the May 2021 ballot process will be given the possibility to purchase tickets which became available due to ticket returns, increased capacities and the release of restricted view tickets. All impacted ticket buyers will receive an email outlining the purchase process, 24 hours before tickets will be made available. Since the number of tickets is very limited, tickets cannot be guaranteed. Instead all tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis among ticket buyers who had tickets cancelled through the ballot.
  14. Same. Good to actually know that they won't disappear.
  15. I was selling my flat a couple of years ago, pre-Covid, and the market for 2 bed flats in Dundee was quite slow. I actually contacted 1 of these companies but the offer was about 80% of the home report valuation, so I gave it a miss. Then Covid hit, and I was stuck for a good few months, then thankfully I sold it through the estate agents. From what I see now houses and flats are moving so fast (and selling for over value) in the current market that I don't see any reason why people would use these sort of companies, unless they are now offering close to home report value on the basis they could sell for 5% more than value.
  16. Same. Just cannot get into it.
  17. Of course margarine still exists. Have you not been in a supermarket for several years?
  18. Mourinho is now a footballing dinosaur. Was brilliant for Chelsea when he first came to England. Not so much I can say that I like about him now, and he is now over-hyped. Pochettino or Klopp over Mourinho every time.
  19. Anyone know when they will start picking the balls? I'm aware proceedings begin at 5pm but does this mean half hour of horsesh!t before the actual draw begins? Working until 5 and home for 530...
  20. 21. It all depends on which groups the 3rd place teams get through from, there are permutations to cover all possibilities, so our last 16 opponents could be any of the 3 group winners above (Belgium in Spain, Spain in Glasgow, Netherlands in Hungary?), but we wouldn't know exactly who until the groups are completed. Pretty stinking if we are able to travel to these games and try and get tickets etc.
  22. I'm in. Not keen on the spread mode, but won't make any difference to my 40% success rate...
  23. Interesting that this has happened. I would assume this will be the result of any similar situations in the UEFA competitions? Would be mad if, for example, Man City get knocked out because there are a couple of COVID cases in their ranks, but it seems a precedent has been set here.
  24. Yep, that's a bit of a stinker, and a change of plan form UEFA as there was 'meant to be' a draw to decide this, or at least that was my initial understanding. As I said at the time of buying tickets I hope, if Scotland qualify, the game I have tickets at Hampden for (final group game) is not the same day as England v Scotland at Wembley!
