I realise it's almost impossible to stop. Unless you have 2 lines of police all with tasers to try and stop them.... Thing is, it's mostly good natured fun, but unfortunately there will always be 1 or 2 mindless idiots ruining things. If player assaults become a regular thing then possible points deductions may be considered, I suppose.

Horrible behaviour. I said on Monday night when a Huddersfield fan slapped a Luton player on the back of the head (may have been a gentle slap) at the start of the pitch invasion that these could get out of control quite quickly. Wasn't expecting the following night to have that Billy Sharp incident. Can see more of a police/steward presence, and EFL banning (or trying to ban) all future pitch invasions.

So....I got a local journalist to cover this story. It was being published today, Enterprise had been asked for comment, and they responded to the journalist (followed by a call to me) to say that upon further review they don't have enough evidence and the money is to be refunded in full. Didn't see this coming...certainly not so quickly anyway.

Burnt it out and/or melted it. Allegedly due to my erratic driving. I did 1000 miles in the car, it had 12,500 on the clock when I got it.

Got a hire car arranged through my insurance company from Enterprise. Had it 3 weeks and the clutch failed. Long story short it was towed away to garage, all blame pinned on me. My insurers told me not to worry and they'd deal with it. This week Enterprise helped themselves to over 3 grand from my account. Not sure whether I have any chance of ever seeing that again, but I'll be fighting for it back. I've asked bank to get the money back and written formal complaints to LV and Enterprise.

Adalya Elite on Lara Beach. It's the last hotel on that bit of beach, not much past the Titanic and Concorde hotels. 15-20 minutes from the airport. I would 100% recommend this hotel, but guessing all the ones in this area are fantastic.

Just back from a week in Antalya, Turkey. First visit to Turkey and will definitely go back. People around the hotel cannot do enough for you, and are so friendly. Mixed bag of weather, overcast and a little chilly for the first couple of days then not a cloud for a few days and 20/21 degrees which was fairly decent for lying by the pool for a couple of hours. Hotel was full, and there were hundreds of Iranians in the hotel as it was Iranian New Year (some of these people were really nice, but a lot were not). Great holiday, and so good to get away. P.S. No covid certificates/passes or negative PCR tests (or passenger locator forms) were asked for or checked at any point of our trip. Very weird.
