Aye maybe , but he’s only 20 or so . We didn’t have faith in Zander and Kieran at that age and that bit us on the arse . Both did well elsewhere just to return not the same . I know he looks a bit lost and Hunts obviously puts a 38 year old before him but I feel they might be getting rid a tad too early .

With Ryan on right side and Lucas on left or vice versa . Would like to see that .

Wouldn’t agree with that , when a team is better than you on the day then that’s it and Tranent were better today . From the start Dalziel wasn’t fit so why use him I don’t know . He had nobody to knock the ball down to either . As has been the case for many years now , we need a quality centre forward who knows where the net is , the teams above us have exactly that . Added to that we seem to be losing too many goals from basic mistakes .

Very good performance in second half after being a bit overrun in the first half , what a run from Lucas though and unlucky to hit the post . Chances were there to get level in the second half and UoS had their backs to the wall most of the half , before Ryan giving ball away at the death . Need to break this habit of going 2 goals down and having to chase the game though . Unlucky and well done guys .

Was it an obvious goal scoring opportunity that Ryan denied , very debatable and I suppose you are going to view it based on who you support .

Interesting comments from the guy , complaining about BU and Cowdenbeath before Lazio and Madrid games , then complains that they are 19 points off the leaders , well does that not tell him they are just not good enough . Totally agree , just get out the league , the majority of supporters don’t want you anyway .

The highlights should clear it up but would say if it was our man through we would have been screaming for a red . Ryan is not a full back full stop , he was skinned last week and this was a situation just waiting to happen . Anyway , the boys did their best and a win would have been a shock but there was not 3 leagues between the teams in first half . Another point , Porteous must be one ofI the most disappointing signings ever , has given very little to the cause .

The worry is the goals conceded , 9 in 3 games and a lot of them have been bad goals to concede . It’s all very well thinking we scored 11 . Against a team like Morton we won’t get many chances so can’t afford to gift goals , not even one . We are going to have to defend well and who knows , shocks are there to be made . Looking back now , really impressed how the guys played against what were mostly Division 1 / Championship quality players . Average age of BU at end was 24 , take Michael out and that drops to 23 . 2 Players , 18 / 1 player 19 and 1 player 20 . Really says a lot for the players and management . Hopefully continue things tomorrow and hopefully get a win this time .

Agree another good watch at Newtown , we weren’t great in first half but second half was a different story . EK are a good side but I’m frustrated that we gave them 3 goals too easily . When you consider the players they have and the amount of them , we were very unlucky .

Just shows that the game turned after Musa chasing a lost cause . Clearly affected the rest of the team for a bit . Even then we still had a chance of salvaging game with penalty . So wouldn’t say the best team won on this occasion . Added to that an injury time offside and the score flatters UoS . Got to just take it on the chin and start again next week . In seeing the pain Lewis was in , the referee and linesman who was right next to tackle didn’t even see a foul .
