Explain how league position matters after this seasons debacle . We are not going to get relegated so what prize is there for a certain league position , You will find that is not just my opinion regarding incompetence and everyone at BU should bare some of that ..

What does it matter where we finish now ? I do not agree with over expectation , we just look to compete , which we clearly haven’t based on our league position . we have been failed over the past 2 years clear and simple by incompetence .

Fair enough until somebody comes in but should not be the end of the season . We need someone in asap to see who they might want to keep even though I doubt if it will be many , with several going to leave anyway . Games are meaningless now apart from the League Cup when it starts . The previous incumbent has already destroyed us in all cup competitions . For me it needs to be someone new not the previous managers assistant , this won’t wash with the support .

We are not at the moment in a good place . We have a committee that could not make a simple decision to sack the manager even though the fans were telling them in their droves by staying away . How are they going to make a decision on a new one ? Hopefully whoever gets it has lowland league knowledge and has the ability to know what a striker looks like .

The club should be bigger than any individual but here we have a committee allowing an individual to be bigger than the club . One man is responsible for falling crowds , signing inadequate players then releasing them . Signing adequate players and falling out with them . Getting us knocked out of the Scottish Cup with totally wrong team selection . Getting us knocked out the next biggest cup by allowing the club to be short on players for the match . That is just this season . I could go on and on . I’ve said it now for 2 years that Max is not good enough and was criticised for saying so . At least the Max love in has subsided now and most BU fans are on the same wavelength . What a pity the committee are not , well not as I write anyway .

That rumour has been going around since Max came , maybe he is , maybe he isn’t , but the club should in no way have put themselves in this position if it’s true . The three players were named a while back but not going to post on here but I’m sure most fans will can work it out .

I would only disagree with “ the same place “ . I think the league will be a lot stronger next season as clubs like Cowdenbeath and East Stirling will improve from this season and the 2 clubs that have been cast adrift will be gone . If not one of them . Lets see what the supporters think after next week . I have seen the lad Zara play and can’t see him at lowland league level .

Taking a positive out of this , is that Max will be gone tonight .

Interesting stats when you look at league , Rangers B top having conceded more goals than BU and Celtic B only conceded one less . That tells us the problem isn’t so much with the defence even though we have sold quite a few goals .

I don’t think many clubs would retain their manager under the circumstances currently ongoing at Newtown . 9 hours of league football , scored 1 goal and that was a penalty . Possibly the worst I’ve ever seen at BU .

Think even the doubters are falling in line with the general views of BU support now , so it’s over to the committee to grow some balls ASAP .

Decent performance from BU but we can’t score so can’t win games and we sell our centre forward to opponents , great thinking . McArthur MOTM followed by Musa for some good saves including a great penalty save . Season can’t end soon enough . The rest I’ve said before .

What’s more embarrassing is that BU are sticking with a manager that’s going to ruin the club . 4 league games in a row , no goals . That doesn’t happen often .

Disagree , I’m baffled by how things are going and I do go every week , pay my money , support the treasure chest etc so don’t like to see those comments brought to the table . Yesterday was really all we had left to play for , we end up with 3 under 20s on the bench as support . Much as I like to see this , not on this occasion , fine with league games because there is now nothing to play for . Yesterday was it and we blew it again . Max knew that we were short of players due to ineligibility , injury , suspension but chose to send Dev on loan and sold Dan . Why do that before what was a big game ? On here Max appears to have a lot of support but that is only a few supporters , some others including myself get really fed up with the same nonsense game after game , season after season and the supporters who never come on here are completely fed up with things on the park . That’s told in crowd numbers . Yes I still go and will always go because I’ve always supported BU but I do not like what I am seeing especially in the past 2 or 3 seasons . I can’t see any progression under current management no matter who they sign .

Can you not be a fan and just say how it is then ?

Must be the worst if not one of the worst pitches in the league , having said that I’d rather be standing there before the likes of Cumbernauld and Falkirk stadiums . Thought BU bossed the game and really should have won , we missed quite a few chances whereas Musa wasn’t really troubled . A lot better than the last match though , so hopefully we can take it into next week and keep a cup run going .

Best of luck to the lad but 9th tier to 3rd tier , unlikely to work . Seasoned professionals will see to that .

What is this , get your facts right before coming on and spreading untruths . BU have no cushy deal with council as council have nothing to do with the park. Suggest you stick with what you know .

Alasson had a poor game but won’t criticise as he is a definite talent , but players like him can’t do it all the time and if all around him play badly then there’s no chance . That is why he is with BU and not at a higher level .
