  1. This was posted on the RTC blog by a poster called Barcabhoy last night. Regular readers of RTC seem to regard him as a pretty credible poster with good sources. I think Adam is a Rangers fan who also posts on RTC ...

Adam doesn't bother me in the slightest. He has absolutely no influence on the outcome of this farce. He can therefore put his view into play any time he likes as far as i'm concerned

What may be of interest to him, and others, is that the very worst of the offenses committed by Rangers have yet to be properly put into the public domain. In fact they haven't been put there at all.

They will be and when they are, they will be beyond belief. In fact I had a problem believing it myself initially. At the point of disclosure I very much look forward to reading Adam's efforts to put forward the alternative view. It's not my story so i can't control the disclosure timescale, but when it comes out it will be nuclear

Just to make this clear, what has still to come out is worse than illegally registering players, is worse than using VAT and PAYE as cash-flow, is worse than deliberately not paying fellow clubs, is worse than deliberately abusing the EBT system

    its much worse……

My advice to those who know what they have done……don't walk away…….run away as fast as you can, preferably to somewhere without an extradition treaty with the UK……because you know what you have done, and you know that its coming out.

This sounds like succulent controversy of the highest quantum.

  2. How many death threats has your wee pal Thommo received from the Rangers support? Graham Speirs? Mark Guidi? Stuart Cosgrove? Tan Cowan?

None of them have received threats from Rangers supporters..none at all and all have been quite open in their attacks on the club. Why is the Blogger so desperate to keep his identity secret if it is all above board and in the best interests of the club?

For probably exactly the same reasons you don't have your own personal details plastered all over your p&b profile. Hassle they do, quite possibly, not need in their life. Why should their identity be important anyway? If anything, it is better as an anonymous source — fewer things to get in the away of the facts.

Bravo on a good job to the RTC blog. Keep it coming!

    Edit: typo.

  3. Having a Thistle sticker on your car is fine.

If you took a similar approach to the kind of people I'm talking about and painted the entire car red and yellow, with a "PT86 MTJ" licence plate, PeeTee bobblehead on the dash, Firhill-shaped air-freshener and drive around blaring T.H.I.S.T.L.E by Big Welshy constantly then I would have an issue, however.

There used to be an embarrassment of a human being that would drive around Dundee in a small car (can't recall the make/model) with what appeared to be a full home-made Union Jack paint job. Truly unsettling.

This has been your line all along "we haven't been found guilty yet" "nothing has been proven yet".

It diminishes in credibility every time you use it.

Last night's programme provided chapter and verse of the EBT scheme and who benefitted by how much- did you know all that already? It also put detail on what previously were suspicions- that H&D were darts with a wonky flight.

It also shattered the myth that SDM was "duped" by the cunning shyster Whyte and that he made an honest mistake with conseuqnces that could not have been foreseen at the time. The myth therefore that Whyte should be punished, and not the innocent-and-taken-for-granted fair maiden that is Rangers, was torpedoed for good.

What exactly do you need before you will accept what is in front of most reasonable people's eyes? Rangers are up to their armpits in corruption and tax dodging. Thanks to last nights programme and the issues it raises, the final way out of the bog into which your club are fast sinking- the SPL's sympathetic Land Rover with a chain for you to grab onto- is now out of reach.

Good post — have a green one.

  5. I'd like to thank Neil Doncisaster for keeping a fine, if slightly dodgy, British comedy tradition alive.

He appears to have followed the Paul Daniels school of comedy — along with the rest of the Scottish footballing circus.

I've spent all morning looking for hidden cameras around the office, as I'm convinced this is all an elaborate, mind-warping and emotion shattering practical joke on the rest of us.

  6. We're still paying off the football debts. Another year to go apparently, still owing over £100k, and paying out £10k a month or so.

On the other hand, no debt, taxes all paid up, no bank overdraft (cos no one will give us one!)

Time for the Gers to get theirs, like we did. At least we weren't corrupt (I don't think), just naive.

There is no doubt in my mind that Calum Melville was as corrupt as Whyte, Murray, or any of the other familiar faces.

  7. Didn't know that mate , not on-line much. Incredible if true though. Anyway seen as i'm here ......

feck they cheating scum barstards and hope they get everything they deserve. Die slowly Rangers. Rather than blame and threaten the rest of Scottish football for your downfall at least have the humility and Dignity to accept you have fallen on your own sword.

I wouldn't get too comfortable there, your lot are next on the list.

  8. What really really gets me with these Gers fans is the fact that for so long they have gloated that they are the "establishment club" and have indulgently laughed off accusations of favouritism in all footballing decisions (while these decisions work in their favour and keep them at the top of the pile), and yet the moment the real footballing establishment (aka the SFA) punish them for inexcusable and blatant wrongdoing they are mouthing off about everyone in power in Scotland is Kafflic republican timothy sympathisers taking over the country! Make up your minds FFS!!! Wha's in cherge here??!!?!?? I honestly do not know how to live my life or what my political views should be without knowing whether it is the blue or green half of Weedgieland in control of this country. Someone should demand some transparency in all this. We have a right to know!!

    Haha, spot on.

I love the folk on twitter/RM who come out with the "This is so unfair, this wouldn't happen to any other club!". I'm still waiting on a response to four or five who I've pointed out the situations of Gretna, Livingston and Dundee. Dundee are a case in point, they were banned from handling registrations for an eternity, Rangers fans are truly clueless.

I wonder what line of argument they would follow if they had the 25 point deduction?

  10. By extension, I find it impossible to believe that the SFA didn't know what was happening all along at Ibrox.

Glasgow's a small place; the Glasgow business community's small; the Glasgow football community's small; look at the shared office bearers between Rangers and the SFA. They knew, officially or unofficially, and did nothing.

Scottish football is corrupt to the core.

I seem to have unlimited greenies today. Have another ane, big yin!
