  1. No punishment for going in to administration. Not being relegated when we literally finished bottom of the league. Barely a punishment for beating Rangers both at football and physically. We are the fucking establishment.
  2. I was saying that earlier on. Can’t remember a game I’ve been so immersed in since then. This is comfortably the best game I’ve played in about 5 years. Everything from the aesthetics, to the control of everything is nigh on flawless. Going to sink many more hours into this then throw myself head first in to Odyssey. Safe to say this is the best £320 I’ve ever spent. [emoji23]
  3. I’ve barely scratched the surface of BotW but my god it’s good. The cell-shaded graphics are gorgeous, the gameplay mechanics are incredible and the puzzles in the shrines are great. Skyrim’s fucked for me now, though. [emoji23]
  4. Crumbled and picked one up with Breath of the Wild. Oh. My. God.
  5. Good article about how the video came to pass here: https://inews.co.uk/sport/football/football-indepth/motherwell-fc-video-parody-manchester-united-alexis-sanchez-peter-hartley/
  6. I finished series 4 last week and it was the best series by absolute miles. It had a fairly cohesive plot and you could tell it was being written knowing they for sure had another series lined up. I was absolutely delighted with Adrien Brody got done in because I couldn't handle any more of his fucking awful accent. He's a great actor, but he was overdoing it so much he sounded like a fucking comedy sketch version of the god father. I still maintain that it's not as good as the hype suggests.
  7. I'm midway through seres 3 and I think it's good. Nowhere near as good as the hype built it up to be, but good. Alfie Solomons is the best character in the show by miles. The soundtrack and the style of the show are brilliant, but there's bits of it I cannot get behind. The end of series 1 when Campbell proposes to Grace nearly had me turning the whole thing off. Over the course of the series you could see he cared for her, but it seemed to be more along the lines of fatherly, protective care rather than marrying her. Didn't buy it for a second and it was so jarringly put there to manufacture a love rivalry between Tommy & him, which imo didn't need to be put there. I'm not saying it's a bad show, it's just in the pile of alright shows that I've binge watched.
  8. I'm happy with the Ciftci signing. We know that, somewhere in there, he's got bags of talent and can score goals up here. I would suspect that with Ciftci, Main & plans to bring in another striker we're probably going to empty Fisher & Bowman. I was a big fan of Fisher at ICT but he's just not working out. Bowman had a wee purple patch earlier in the season (which coincided with Moult being absolutely on fire) but looks devoid of ideas. The Accies game before New Year was absolutely brutal. In the second half their defence just kept ushering him wide and Bowman was just running straight for the corner flag with clearly no idea of what to do.
  9. Saying we’ve never done anything in January?! How very fucking dare you!
  10. Can we sign Handsome John Sutton just for the new jersey launch? Club calendar can be just him in 12 different poses.
  11. I started watching this yesterday while in the grips of a seismic hangover. Turned it off after the Eminem sketch as that was the final straw. Eleven writers but somehow we're still watching a man doing Frank McAvennie impressions in 2018 for f**k sake.
  12. Saw it yesterday and thought it was overall a good film. Particular highlights were some of the space battles. However, I did have to laugh at the absurdity of Leia floating through space like it was a fucking Fatboy Slim video.
  13. So we’ve got someone selling pick & mix in a tub, and a snake of a recruitment agent who can’t do arithmetic. You’re on to a definite winner here, Alsh.
  14. I, for one, am absolutely shocked to my core by this news. I can't see how he can get out of this without a ban. Ulissi & Petacchi were both banned for less of a breach of the limit for Salbutamol.
  15. I actually think Claude's interviews are the worst of the lot now because he now knows them personally. I've always been a fan of Mike Soutar's interviews. He almost lulls them into a false sense of security before bringing the building down around them.
  16. Mildly off topic for a thread about Motherwell, but I've watched that incident about 10 times and I honestly don't know what that was given for. It wasn't even a dive, it was literally given out of nowhere.
  17. I'm still finding it weird that it was less than a year ago I watched us go in 5-1 down at half time to Dundee with their players going off laughing. Now we're actually alright at this football lark.
  18. Had a wild November of gigs culminating in Gorillaz last night. The War on Drugs @ Barrowlands- Outstanding. The new album is magic, and Kurt Vile's guitar sounds phenomenal live. Run The Jewels @ The Academy - Mayhem. The energy they bring is honestly unparalleled. Third time I've seen them this year and that probably topped their Primavera Sound set. Mac Demarco @ Barrowlands - Had this conversation with my mate after it. It's really difficult to describe his show. For example at Primavera Sound his drummer played the whole set in the scud, then Mac got in the scud as well at the end and started shaving with a lighter. In this one he tanned 2 bottles of Buckfast and spent about 20 minutes playing The Proclaimers, The La's, Red Hot Chilli Peppers... It's a wild show, it's just quite hard to explain. Gorillaz @ The Hydro - As above, apart from the absolutely brutal Sex Murder Party it was absolutely phenomenal. Also you know you're in for a decent show when they can whip De La Soul out for a number.
  19. I can only assume that Lizzie's business plan is worth about £20 million a day because that's the only explanation to her not getting papped out already. Watching her begging to stay in just about had me hitting the boak.
  20. I've seen him pop up on there a few times in the past and he comes across as an absolute fucking space cadet. Coupled with some folk absolutely crawling up his arse it's a fucking horrendous state of affairs.
  21. The whole thing was absolutely mental. Spent the whole of the gig in the pit and must have sweated out about 10000 calories. Third time I've seen them this year and that last night probably beat their Primavera Sound set in Barcelona.
  22. I majorly dropped the ball on that and fucking missed it. Raging man.
  23. That's been boiling my piss of late as well. Don't get me wrong, I'll take a few photos etc. but people filming an entire set on a Samsung Galaxy is brutal. Nobody cares, and nobody will ever watch it.
