  1. I think it's signed already. There was a bid to sign him in January but we knocked it back because it was so low. Which is mental because actually I'd now be chuffed if Lamie was sticking about. I reckon we can deem this game a must win for Grezza. If he doesn't then the pressure on him will skyrocket. The mental bit is I actually wouldn't rule out that team @YassinMoutaouakil picked out a raffle.
  2. The B-side to my favourite which is the clipped balls down the touch line that arrive at waist height as someone runs full pelt towards the touch line.
  3. The blind panic in our defence at times was almost laughable. I mean I'm not expecting us to be 2009 Barcelona but surely passing a ball to someone in the same coloured shirt isn't too much to ask.
  4. On SOD, I don't know if I've ever seen a player look so devoid of confidence in a Motherwell shirt. Looks like he doesn't have any belief that he can put a cross in or win a tackle.
  5. I've watched us play some shite football under some really shite managers and Alexander's brand of football is honestly up there with the worst I've ever seen. Clueless in attack, tombola line ups and invisible in midfield. If we lose to McGhee's Dundee get him binned immediately.
  6. County look handy going forward. Some lovely wee one touch play to get into space and that. Us? Absolutely hopeless. Another 90 minutes of hammering the ball into corners where nobody can do anything with it.
  7. Both. Somebody scans the barcode at the turnstile then presses the wee button that opens it to let you through.
  8. I played it, completed the main story and deleted it off my PS5. It was fine and relatively fun to play but tbh I had a podcast on in the background while I was running about for the most part. Far Cry 5 was absolutely tremendous. I picked that up on sale for a fiver in lockdown 2.0 and played the hell out of it. The storyline, characters and gameplay were all excellent. Then they released New Dawn as a "sequel" and it was...a bit shite. Then, incredibly, they seemed to lean more on New Dawn than 5 for inspiration here.
  9. I'll pass judgement on this until I know what van der Gaag's favourite dinosaur is.
  10. It definitely includes Liam Kelly. The other 10 can get drawn out a hat. Which I believe is what we do every Saturday morning.
  11. Find me a defender who hasn't cost us goals/games. Is he the second coming of Maldini? Absolutely not. But he's a fine option to have around. If a good left back comes up in the summer I would be all over it, but he is good cover.
  12. Visualise this with me. A statue of Tony Straker in every corner holding up the floodlights. Like Atlas holding up the world.
  13. Huge fan of these efforts at the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Stadion in Berlin.
  14. This is very much it. First of all Ravenscraig is a bit out the way and there's hee haw nearby, secondly I really do not want to move to something along those lines. No offence to the St Mirren fans sticking there head in here for a look today but the new stadium is dugmeat. Old Love Street was an absolutely class stadium to visit.
  15. Just reading on the AGM there http://www.motherwell-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/motherwell_in_good_hands__agm_116_961968/index.shtml If this is hinting at Alexander's brand of football on a plastic park I'll need to contact my GP for some serious medication to get me through Saturday afternoons.
  16. Binning Aberdeen out of both cups (big up Joe Lewis) was tremendous value. Was good to see Glass bringing them back to being absolutely shit scared of us this season. However I will never, ever, ever tire of watching that League Cup semi against Rangers. The peak of Thunderdome right there.
  17. Van Veen alone has more talent than Main & Bowman combined but the sheer chaos factor of playing the ball up to those two and having Allan Campbell storm through the devastation after could bring a tear to your eye these days. There's definitely merit to Alexander's football to a degree but fucking hell it makes your eyes bleed at times.
  18. That Robinson thunderdome team is maybe the most fun I've ever had at the football (only rivalled by the hilarious Michael Higdon season where we leathered everybody). Compared to the turgid, long ball to nobody shite we're putting up with this season I'd fucking love a return to something that's even half as entertaining as 3-5-2 taking bodies for fun.
  19. I was thinking we'll eventually move him to something along the lines of a Director of Football since that's what he's studying. I'd be all in favour of us bringing that type of thing in tbf.
  20. Bought this when the PS5 upgrade was announced for £18 and it's very, very good I have to say. Only real bits of junk were an NPC not triggering the next bit of a mission and one of the Cyberpsychos glitched into a bin and couldn't move (helpful because they'd killed me about 5 times so I just threw about 30 grenades at them from then on).
  21. Donnelly played really well today I thought, alongside Mark O'Hara who has been class. Goss wasn't even worth a place for his set pieces today.
  22. Also, as @Desp says, the groundsman is fucking terrifying. Didn't realise someone could be so intimidating about turf.
