As a mini Gig report, they were OK. Did a great version of a Pink Floyd song, and there was a few other good songs but Hinder stole the show

Well judging by all the Muslims I've seen, (and there's a lot at my school), they arrive late for class and don't bother going to sports, and tell us to our faces that they are better than us because they are Muslim. They give us dirty looks as well! Sorry Abdul Abda, but it's you that shouldn't be in this country in the first place! Go back to your own country.
One of them turned up 20 minutes late for sports, of which the headmaster is in charge. He asked , 'Why are you late?'. The Muslim boy said, 'I watch TV.'

That would make sence but I got sidetracked yesterday and ended up in a pub all night instead of buying one and then left me swipe card thingy in the hoose this morning due to my hungover state.

the way you said it, sounded like this was a regular occurance. When we used to do the card things, we always made sure we had atleast a spare $5 card lying around in case of emergency Writing the date back to front was a nightmare!
Yeah it has taken me about 3 years to start doing that automatically. Ill often still have the dates the wrong way round. It confused me when i was told happy birthday on the 1st of August when buying beer

What gets on my nerves is no shops near my flat selling powercards after 8pm, forcing me into a 3 mile round trip on foot to stop the fucking lights going out!!
shouldnt you make sure you have enough powercards before you get to the point of suddenly needing to go at 8pm at night?

Home Nations tournemount - No longer played. Would be great for Scotland, England, Wales and N.Ireland to all play each other every other season when there is no World Cup/European Championships. Would help pass the bordom of summer months. They should bring this back and do away with pointless friendlies that nobody cares about

Yeah, same here. We had teh en-suite that we could use.
It was a godsend, as I doubt my flatemate would have been impressed if the loo was out of commission for 3 days!
Thats when you time your trips to work/school/pub with times you need to go to the toilet, and find out where the local swimming baths are kept for showers

I had my bath removed and replaced about 6 months ago.
But due to the size of my bathroom (small) the sink and toilet had to be removed too.
It took a 3days to do the entire job (including tiling etc) which I thought was ok.
Being in the maintenance business, coupled with the fact that Im redoing my own kitchen I appreciate how unforseen problems can add hours and even days onto jobs.
I know, i used to work with people in my uncles business and it always took them 2-3 days to get a bathroom completely finished, even if it was small. Even when they did our Bathroom it took 3 days, and thats with a red hot poker up their arse to get it done quickly since we were family. (thankfully we had a 2nd bathroom however)

The plumber has gone home - he's spent a whole day removing one toilet, one sink and one bath. We now have the new toilet and new bath sitting in place, but the bath isn't plumbed in and the toilet is but is leaking water. Oh, and you have to squat when you want to go to to the toilet. Now, my guessing is the guy ok'd this with my dad.
So, he may not want to brush his teeth, or have a shower, or have a wash but god knows I do. I now have to knock on my neighbours door in the morning to ask if I can use her shower!
Not being cheeky here, but did you really expect everything to be done in 1 day?

You'd have to pay me to watch one of his films. I rate him as I rate Adam Sandler - immensely unfunny.
I would rate Adam Sandler above him, but he is of Jim Carrey unfunnyness proportions thats for sure.

Watched Capote last night.
PSH deserved all the praise he got for the film, i thought he was brilliant. What a seriously fucked up person Truman Capote was. Great film.

My nag - I am seriously ill, i have the flu.

Watched Firewall with Harrison Ford, typical Ford film, good action and a nice storyline. 7/10
Also watched Gun SHy (i think, its something like that) with Liam Neeson and Sandra Bullock. Was very strange at times, (Liam Neeson is an undercover cop, who gets an enema from Bullock and they fall in love) but pretty funny too (guy gets his testicle shot off and limps the rest of the film). Nice entertainment for an evening
