Steve Clarke Killie teams was never great to watch but his teams was well organised and got results. Hopefully we are better in second half.

I would like to hope we are signing more squad fillers this season due to our terrible injury problems we had last season! Fans are already turning on the manager, will state the obvious but he needs to get recruitment correct this season.

Not that impressed with the 3 signings so far, I hope our manager will play a lot more silky football compared to the dire long game last season which bored a lot of our support. I worry with the signings of Ash Taylor and Curtis Main then it will continue missing out the midfield. Ash Taylor was a hit and miss last time, when on form he was excellent but the next game made a horrendous defensive error - I feel this is a step backwards for us. Curtin Main has never impressed me, interesting to read that he works hard which to me is another Stevie May although at least Main can win the ball in the air - still will give him a chance. Ryan Hedges looks a decent player although wasn't playing week in week out for Barnsley but does look to have skill and pace so maybe become a good player under us.

Gwenno is a strange one to support Manics - First album was in Welsh while her new album is in Cornish. Never thought it would be popular at a Manics gig although I would think her old band the Pipettes might have been popular. I watched Gwenno at Mono last week and thought the gig was wonderful.

Think that kills the rumour about offering Wilson a contract when he is released and GMS isn't. Wilson was a massive disappointment although he was excellent the last 4 games after the split. Best to move on without him as you can see he has the talent but i'm not sure if he has the work rate to be successful.

He must be about 21 now best to move on.

I suppose where the SNP have come from in the 2017 General Election the vote has only went up 1% for them. Not really an amazing result as the SNP is trying to spin to everyone. From the shambles of brexit I was hoping for a little bit higher although it does surprise me that Independence poll is still not above 50% which is amazing considering what is going on down south - I live in hope that this will change soon.

Be a bit of a shocker if SNP only got 2 seats, as that looks like only 30% of vote. I suppose if those against independence with vote Lib Dems while those SNP members that want out of the European Union will vote Brexit party which could have hurt them.

Got to fancy Dundee United if this goes to pens as this keeper excellent

Since Derek McInnes has come in we have nearly doubled our turnover 7.85m to last season of 15.41m. I would expect with new TV deal that will add another couple of million so not that difficult to achieve 20% imho if we don't drop off
