  1. I don't see the point in getting a keeper on loan unless the manager doesn't rate Rogers We have the same amount of points as did at this stage last season. We need to get 30 points from the next 14 games to equal the points we got last season - tough ask.
  2. From Dyce and Bucksburn there will be buses that will run from the pubs - spiders web already run buses at a loss because a lot of them go by train at the moment. Who would take the bus into town from Dyce or Bucksburn (new station for AECC in 2019) when they can catch the train it takes 7 minutes - that would be quicker than those that take the bus into town from Cove or even the likes of Northfield. Then get a bus from town - many will use this option and meet up with their mates in town.
  3. Stewart Milne https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/news/local/dons-chairman-stewart-milne-welcomes-councils-decision-on-kingsford-stadium-plan/ He said: “After 17 years, we are one step closer to a new home that will allow us to meet our vision and ambition for Aberdeen Football Club, our city and our region. “Together, we can deliver a first-class facility that will make us all proud, unlocking the potential of the Club, the Trust and the next generation of football stars and making a positive contribution to the local economy. “We applaud the Councillors for taking this decision in the face of considerable objections. We are fully aware of and sympathetic to those in Westhill and Kingswells who have objected to our plans and I want to reassure them once more that we want to engage with them to deliver community facilities they can all enjoy and benefit from. “I’d like to sincerely thank all those who have supported our plans and the AURORA campaign: our fans, businesses, community groups, sports organisations and individuals. “I’d also like to pay tribute to our team of advisers and experts who have worked professionally, effectively and tirelessly for almost two years on this application. “The next steps are to await final approval from the Scottish Government, agree the section 75, work through the conditions with the Council, and secure the necessary road and building warrant consents. Assuming these move at pace, we should be in a position to begin construction of phase one this summer.”
  4. Needs to be approved by the Scottish Government which Stewart Milne thinks that could be in the summer that Stage 1 (training facilities) can be built.
  5. If you are undecided on the decision then all you need is Councillor Boulton to talk you in to voting yes!
  6. Her ward is George Street and Harbour so business about there will be affected
  7. 7-4 - think this is the last person speaking and will soon go to a vote.
  8. I thought the council would pass this based on the planning permission being approved but watching this I think it is more likely to be rejected. I can't believe some of the questions getting asked
  9. I thought it had to go to the Scottish Government due to Aberdeenshire Council objecting.
  10. I wish it was going to be over today. Hopefully it gets fast tracked to the scottish government to make a quick decision although I can see it will be decided at the end of the year.
