  1. It's nothing weird or wonderful just things are moving along nicely now apparently with the whole Brentford owner thing. League can't say anything because they've set precedent with Hibs etc.
  2. A bit more from that in terms of the toing and froing and how one stumbling block won't be much of an issue
  3. Tilson played his role very well tonight. He was set out to be a destroyer and disrupter and he done that allowing Doc and Sibbald to play more fluently.
  4. Definitely going for a physical team here. Guessing 4-3-3 with Thomson being pushed forwards with Moult and Watt upfront.
  5. I'm only being cryptic incase it's bullshit tbh. I'm not being deliberately obtuse.
  6. Similar team to me although on his showings I'd keep Thomson on and have Grimshaw ready to replace Doc off the bench
  7. @Fife Arab i see you lurking too, I've heard some fairly strong murmurs about something what's your info
  8. United look scared to make a challenge, Patrick bullying us here and they aren't even being particularly aggressive it's just they actually want to get the ball. Grieve is absolutely useless, least if Watt was on the ball would stick up the pitch a bit longer. Need to sub Doc off and get Tilson on just to harry the midfield a bit would get more joy then.
  9. Yup, Meekison or Mochrie with Sibbs and Tilson would have been the better choice last night. Mochrie in particular in the first half didn't make a successful pass unless it was a short unload to the defence. Was good driving at players ill give him that though. Meekison didn't look like he understood his role at all but I would have taken Mochrie off before him. The set up was shite, there was absolutely no pressing from the front 3 unless their goalie had the ball and it was totally wasted energy, was not effective in the slightest. Last couple of games have felt like Goodwin saying to the fans I can change it up tactically but it doesn't work with the squad we've got. Feels a bit like careful what you wish for this morning.
  10. Starting to come round to the idea of Courts coming back tbh.
  11. Agreed, we got parked behind there at quarter to 3 in Saturday mind you and there was still a few spots. Definitely try towards Fairmuir park way too within reasonable walking distance.
  12. Fairmuir park area likely have spaces 10mins walk from the stadium
  13. I'm not being sarcastic when I say this, my range of passing is miles better than Tilson and I've never played anything other than welfare league. He's got other good attributes but holy lord jebus of diabetus how do you become a professional at something and be so bad at an integral part of it.
  14. 3-1 a flattering scoreline for Queens, only a first howler from Walton in his professional career gifted them a goal. Thomson was fine at RB but not the answer. The booing Glenn Middleton got when he came on was actually mental, glad he shut pusses with a well taken goal.
  15. Ach can't even be mad at that, some hit. f**k just got to keep winning and hope that doesn't give Raith the boost they needed. Thought it was a great game, end to end. Not exactly happy with the result but not going to cry myself to sleep
  16. Fair play I had it in my head it was somewhere else.
  17. That's what I had considered but afaik the digs for the young lads are elsewhere. It's a villa down the Perth road don't think the full academy could bide there
  18. WTAF is "The Cedars" and why does Mark Often own a letting company here. Just noticed United put up the job role of a facilities manager on Linkedin that mentions a bit about The Cedars, done a bit of digging and it's linked to the property on the Perth Road of the same name, registered owner is Ogren and the company is registered correspondence address is Tannadice.
